I come here often and get great service. Today was not that day. I ordered two scoops of vanilla with sprinkles and a turtle Sunday. The girl who took my order verbally changed the price three times and then said she didn’t after each time. I got the receipt and was charged wrong. 😑 When I sought clarity for why the price was changing so much, she got an attitude with me. It makes me think she’s trying to pocket the difference for overcharging.

Excellent smoothies!! I’ve had their ice cream before too- also extremely good but it’s hard to find a quality smoothie around town so worth mentioning.

When I tell you Ms Mya gives the best customer service she gives the best customer service. She is very professional, kind, detailed and knowledgeable about the products. I even had the pleasure to speak with her about the different choices and her suggestions. I will always come back for the custard but the experience because her attitude needs to be truly applauded. Put her in a class to teach others on how you are supposed to do it. Amazing Ms Mya keep it up Queen💜💜💜🥰🥰
I asked for cubby paws, 3 strawberry, 1 chocolate and 2 vanilla. I also added lemon waffle cone. What he gave me was 4 vanilla and 2 chocolate. Not one strawberry AND he charged me for a pineapple sundae that I didn't ask for. We went over the cubby paws 3 times so he should have had that at least correct! You got to listen and pay attention. Date of visit 6.12.25@545pm. Young man who took order was nice, just didn't pay attention nor listen to orders. Not sure if I'll be back to this location or at all. I'm disappointed. Also the waffle cone was stale and not as fresh as I remembered from previous visits. It was chewy and not in a good way.

I love me some ritter's icecream, but lately this store has went down. They can't even turn the cups upside down like they use too because the icecream is so runny now.( glacier)

Love this lil gem. Last minute find when the urge hits you that u haven't had a banna split in years! This place did not disappoint! Drive thru was awesome on this chilly day!
