A fan favorite from the very beginning. We take a krab & avocado filled rolled and tempura fry it for warm, crunchy deliciousness. We then top it with our slightly sweet, slightly spicy Special Rolli Sauce, house pickled mango & green onion.

We took our love for customizing from our sister restaurant Poke Guru and applied that logic to this option. BYOR puts you in the drivers seat heading straight for sushi flavor town. All of our custom, from scratch items we created in the Rolli R&D labs are at your disposal.Please note: we make all of our rolls to order, a BYOR may take some additional time for our staff to create, especially if many ingredients are selected. We cannot refund BYOR's if you do not like the combination of flavors you selected.
Mango Tango
This roll has it all, a little bit of sweetness, a little bit of spice and some umami. We wrap a set of perfectly friend tempura shrimp in a cozy sushi blanket, then top each piece with our from scratch sweet Thai chili sauce. Next comes pickled mango and yuzu tobiko to give us a well balanced, vibrant sushi roll.
Sunny in Peru
We went searching for flavors around the world and landed in South America. This light and zesty roll has ahi tuna and roasted poblano pepper in the middle. From scratch aji Amarillo mayo is drizzled on the roll then we top it with diced white onion and cilantro. Bacán!
Ponzu Paradise
Who doesn't love ponzu? Inside of the roll you get delivered fresh salmon and thinly diced cucumber. On top of the roll we decorate with our yuzu ponzu mayo. Our ponzu is made in house (duh!) with real yuzu from Japan and steeped shiitake mushrooms to bring some earthy umami. Then we complete the artwork with pickled pickled beets and masago. Beautiful and delicious, just the way we like it.
Zesty Shrooms
This one is a banger. If you like mushrooms, look no further. We take shiitake mushrooms and marinate them in our yuzu kosho vinaigrette sauce to give it a savory citrus flavor that has turned some of our non-mushroom-loving staff into believers. We then dust it with a sesame garlic crunch combo and togarashi for some spicy.

Cold Brew Tea
Tea brewed low and slow for over 24 hours by our sister company, Moncha Beverage Company!Both are incredibly smooth from the brew process. Green is a nice mild beverage that goes well with everything. Oolong is a little more bold with a wonderful floral finish. Green has approximately 40mg of caffein and Oolong has approximately 60mg of caffein per can.

Seoulful Kick
It all starts with our ahi tuna tartar that we toss in this incredibly delicious house sauce that has us wishing we were in Itaewon drinking soju until the sun comes up channeling our inner K-Pop star. Yum Yum Yam
Sweet potato...our starchy orange friend. We do a double tempura fry on the sweet potato before adding avocado for the inside of the roll. We then top with our house cut, house pickled beets. Deliciously simple and sophisticated.

They have quick service, which is great if you’re looking for a fast meal. The sushi itself was just okay - not bad, but definitely not the best I’ve had. Prices were decent, so it’s not a bad option if you just want sushi while you’re at the Garage. But if you’re after really good sushi, there are definitely better spots out there.

As someone that was a sushi chef- this is good. There are some critiques but ultimately this is quick service sushi, you can’t compare it to high end sushi when it comes to construction. I got the spicy tuna, yam roll, and ponzu roll. The fish was EXTREMELY fresh. My partner got the tickled pink and it smelled amazing, the special sauce is great! Some of the pieces did fall apart but I feel like the taste compensated for it, and it wasn’t every piece so I forgave it for that....

i personally love the food here.. i eat here all the time the service is great the food is great the vibes are amazing… before i came to leave a review i saw the others & im so confused on how anyone could dislike this place.. theres an option to get to build your own food so if you dont like it i feel like thats on you man
