Cute place with good food. Biscuits are a must!

We finally decided to brunch here after driving by it forever. The food and ambience was excellent, but our server Rick made the whole experience memorable! Was so attentive, made conversation even with our 4 year old and come up with good recommendations! The kids’s menu was good and we loved the fried chicken and grits! Excellent place without being pretentious!

Our experience with Root and Bone was outstanding. Our waiter was very attentive and efficient. Our drinks and food were served in a timely manner. Our main courses were delicious. Our party had the spare ribs, fried chicken sandwich, iceberg salad w/chicken and chicken w/waffles. Everyone loved their dishes. The star of the meal was the cornbread. All of use enjoyed the flavor. Finally, the atmosphere was lively but not so loud that we couldn't carry on a normal conversation. In short, we will come here again.

Fantastic food- our party sampled the shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles and eggs Benedict. Never disappoints!

Very cute, friendly feeling restaurant. Attention to detail to piece all of the decor together to feel like a southern kitchen. The biscuits starter comes with salt, sesame seeds and a liquid butter broth, easily a 5 Star biscuit. The morel ricotta ravioli dish was okay - it had too many flavors and ingredients. The plate felt messy and ... just too much. The tenderloin spatzle dish was realllly good, and the key lime pie dessert was so so good. Very happy with our experience overall.

Angel Biscuits were wonderful! Entrees unique. Mine was excellent. My husband's was not very hot but they made it right even though we told them it wasn't necessary. Our server, Trinity was superb.

the flavors are so unique and fabulous! The wait staff is very accommodating. It's my favorite spot!!

Upscale Southern style fare. Professional service. Everything was excellently prepared. Great cocktail menu. Felt like it was a great value for the experience.

#EAT+DRINK was here! We had an amazing time having cocktails in the bar area and then sitting down for a great meal! the shrimp and grits were top notch and I will be back for the PEACH SMASH!

The food was amazing. The server was delightful. It's Southern cooking so remember they take their time so don't expect rapid service. It took quite sometime to get our cocktails which were delicious. I finally cancelled my second drink because it wasn't delivered by the time we had finished our meals.

Excellent time with family! Had several apps, entrees, and drinks. Too full for dessert, but BLT app and ribs are must-tries.

Was a special birthday celebration. Birthday guest ordered food a certain way, no regard was given to the way we ordered. Happened 5x. We were planning to tip 3X the amount... but there 2as no apology and at one point when asked for the bill, the server rolled his eyes and appeared agitated. He was serving another 25 person party but after circling the building the building 6x to look for parking, paying a $200 bill and getting service/food that was subpar... won't be pack... the birthday guest said her burger want cooked right and she didn't have a good time and wouldn't return, so this experience was times two.
