Excellent Food and Service at a price. I am never disappointed with the experience at Root and Bone!
Service and food was outstanding. Only downside was another customer wandering around and interrupting our dinner to ask if wood be leaving soon because she wanted our table. Feel like the staff could have done more to shut that down as we had only been at our table for 45 minutes.
So disappointed it was not a tea room which they have tried to promote. They have tried to give you a experience but are missing parts of it. It's almost like a local restaurant tied up with some things to make it more elegant. It misses the mark. We left 3/4 of the food on the plate
I love Root and Bone, the real hidden treasure is their breakfast. Who knew their breakfast was SO incredibly good? It's updated and the taste is hearty and high end. I get the chicken and waffles, the chicken is southern style breaded which seriously feeds my soul! This is always my go to when I'm in the mid-town area.
We enjoyed a brunch after church. The food was excellent, service was spot on. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
We were seated in the bar. We had the bartender as our waiter. With it being so busy he was extremely stretched. We didn't realize there were specials until I overheard another waiter saying them. We went without additional drinks for a long time during our meal. No fault of the bartender he was doing his best.
We loved this restaurant, and we will definitely be back. Lots of great menu options, and we would love to try other things. Our server was outstanding, and we were especially happy how he paced our experience from cocktails to appetizers to the meal to dessert to bill pay. Excellent!

Not impressed. The man I spoke to on the phone was a gem. However, the man working the bar is abrasive to interact with. The food is mediocre and overpriced. The Mac n cheese was bland. The mashed potatoes tasted burnt and flavorless. The chicken was, at best, very salty. I guess the salt in the chicken makes up for the lack of seasoning in the sides overall, if you can keep your money and try something else.

The service was great. It wasn't too busy and we were seated in arrival. The food and drinks were delicious. Our waitress was great. Not a lot of parking. Only two restrooms. Otherwise was a cute spot with great food.

What a great experience overall! The atmosphere was fantastic, and we had no wait time during our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our server was engaging and polite—service was excellent. The food was top tier! The ribs fell off the bone, the mac and cheese was really cheesy and creamy, and the deviled eggs were extremely tasty. Plus, the biscuits and gravy were great at dinner, and even better with jelly the following morning! Definitely recommended.

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious and the staff was outstanding! Will definitely return.
Excellent experience as always. We were seated immediately upon arrival at the restaurant. Our server was warm and pleasant. We had the Angel Biscuits for our appetizer. They are our go to every time. I had the half fried chicken with the mashed potatoes. My wife had the schnitzel. Both of our meals were delicious and plentiful. We'll definitely return!!
