Rosemary & Olive Restaurant

Rosemary and Olive in one word is DELICIOUS! Everyone in our party of 6 said this is the best Italian food in Indy. I had the spaghetti puttanesca and it was to die for. I couldn’t stop eating it even though halfway through I was full. Some other dishes at the table were the bolognese, ravioli and seafood pasta. Rave reviews from everyone. Absolutely delicious appetizers, desserts, and drinks. The service was great too! I can’t wait to come back!

I would recommend coming here for a bite with friends or work dinner.
Ample parking at the garage, but not outside restaurant. Good ambiance and staff has great service.
There were about 3 options for meatless pasta, but servers were willing to accommodate. I would love to see a meatless meatball or vegan pasta option.
The Venetia wine was good, and the Olive and bread service were good appetizers. I wish the bread came with traditional balsamic as well as the oil. I asked the waiter for balsamic and I got the sweet storebought stuff.

DELISH food!! We made reservations and showed up two or three minutes early, and then had to wait a while only to be sat in a table that was cleared the whole time. There seemed to be some confusion about that and then our server was very kind and fast but the energy in the place was hectic. To be fair, it was an Italian restaurant on mass ave the night before the marathon. Without sound proofing and a full house it was pretty loud in there but DANG the food was worth it!! It was so yummy we forgot to take pictures before we dug in. The pesto gnocchi was amazing as was the bruschetta with eggplant.

Vegetarian options: A lot of the pasta dishes are meat free with the option to add protein

We were very impressed, so happy this is on mass Ave as we live close and needed good Italian. Highly recommend the gnocchi, whipped ricotta and Italian lemon cake!

Amazing meal & atmosphere. The Caesar salad was amazing. I could taste the freshness of both the croutons and dressing. For an entree, I had the short rib ravioli and it was SO good! I can’t wait to go back and try other menu items.

We are from out of town but looking for an Italian restaurant came across Rosemary and Olive. We could not have been more pleased with the whole experience atmosphere..check, service... check, food... check check amazing. As we frequent Indianapolis often we will make this a for sure stop. The food is really good. Everything the four of of ordered was amazing. I highly recommend the pork chop. We will definitely go back.

What an amazing place! First, they were so accommodating. We reserved a table inside, but it was so gorgeous out, we asked if there was any availability outside and despite being busy, they made it happen. The service was outstanding, the baked ricotta was a DREAM, and the gnocchi was gorgeous. I loved this place and I will definitely be back.

I recently dined at Rosemary & Olive Italian Restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to our amazing server, Yolanda. From the moment we were seated, Yolanda made us feel like we were guests in her own home. Her warm smile, friendly attitude, and exceptional service elevated our dining experience to a whole new level.

Yolanda was attentive without being overbearing and had an impressive knowledge of the menu. Her recommendations were thoughtful, and you could tell she genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible meal. She even took the time to explain the specials in detail and suggested wine pairings that perfectly complemented our dishes.

What really set Yolanda apart was her attention to detail. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, from refilling our drinks at just the right moment to checking in on our table with impeccable timing. Every interaction felt personal, and she made sure we were completely satisfied throughout the meal.

Dining at Rosemary & Olive was a truly memorable experience, and Yolanda’s service was a huge part of that. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for Yolanda – she will make sure your meal is nothing short of fantastic. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Can’t say enough about Rosemary and Olive. I had my parents 60th wedding anniversary celebration there. George and his team went above and beyond. The food was delicious. Prepared with love. Service was impeccable. If I could rate it higher, I would. George and his team are very passionate people. They made my parents and their friends feel like VIP’s. There isn’t a restaurant in Indy that even compares to the high level of service and quality of food that is offered by Rosemary and Olive. Being from the east coast, and growing up in an Italian family, food and family are very important. George checks off all of the boxes and then some. If you haven’t experienced Rosemary and Olive, you’re missing out on a culinary experience.
