Everything was wonderful. Our waiter was outstanding! Only negative was we were seated in the middle and there were a lot of larger parties which made it kinda loud. Couldn't really talk to each other without having to talk loudly.

We've come to Ruth's Chris for years for special family moments. This was our 4th college graduation celebration, and it was amazing as always. From the food to those who served us with incredible service--it's another memory we will cherish.

We had a great experience. We brought a group of students that haven't been in a restaurant this nice. It was great to give them that experience.

Filet was even better than I remember. Nothing beats a Ruth Chris filet! Service was outstanding.

Our server Justin provided an outstanding experience that went above and beyond on the need. I would highly recommend going back to him anytime in the future.

While the brunch buffet was fine, there was nothing special about the selections. I much preferred the brunch menu from the past few years. The steak Benedict was a favorite

Food and service to our table was great. Food came out pretty quick and was delicious. Only issue it was so loud in there. The staff behind the bar kept dropping things, glass was constantly shattering, and it was not a professional ambiance.

Ryan our server was great and friendly. Food was good but I made some bad decisions for the side dishes. It was our 56th wedding anniversary so they brought us a special dessert 🍨

I had asked for a more private table so it would be quieter since I have hearing loss, unfortunately we were placed at an extremely noisy location.

This was the 4th time I had taken clients to Ruth's Chris brunch before heading into the Colts. Everyone is always please with the food, service and the atmosphere. Ruth's never disappoints my expectations.

Great crab cakes and steak. Waiter was a little too chatty and stopped by two or three times more than he should have. Nice interior and we enjoyed this more than St Elmo's. Enjoyed the wine list selection.

Still my favorite steak house in the city. Always amazing food and the staff is attentive and accommodating. Always a wonderful experience at this Ruth's Chris.

We have nearly 20 years of experience with this franchise in the Indianapolis area. From their start at Keystone and 96th Street, downtown, and the relocation of the first Keystone location. All said, probably 100 or so visits in all. Last night, we had an early dinner before an IRT visit. Dinner was absolutely the least enjoyable experience to date. The positive: No wait for a table. It was wonderful having Martin as our server again. It was fun reminiscing with him. Our cocktails were great. The 16oz ribeyes were flavorful and tender. The disappointing: The lobster bisque was bland and colorless. The fire roasted corn was a mushy. The ribeyes were very thin .75 or less plated. We requested med. rare, but received med. I don't expect med. rare would be easy or perhaps possible given the thickness. Wasn't seated at our favorite requested table( using OpenTable) in the bar area. I was told by the hostess that the table we requested was a four top, and it needed to be available for others. At that time, there were only 2 people at the actual bar and nobody else in the bar area. When we left, there were still 2 four top + tables available. We aren't sending food back or arguing type of people. For that matter, this is one of a handful of reviews I've ever posted. All said, this is just our latest observation. The overall experience missed the value for the money mark, by quite a bit.

Not my first visit, far from it - but it was my best experience there so far. Service, at every level, was spot on. And I mean that. It can't be done any better. Warmly greeted upon arrival, attentive table service and timely delivery of food & drinks. Everything ordered was succulent. The special (which I hope becomes a regular menu item) was a scampi encrusted filet. Ten out of ten. And something I've never experienced before: the area around our table was a bit cold -- and they FIXED it. Normally, nothing can be done about that, and I understand. One of the managers simply turned off a blower in our area, and within 3 to 4 minutes we were quite comfortable. I really appreciated that. It's a bit expensive, but worth every single penny. A truly wonderful experience.
