They have a great selection of flavors that are all unique and has a great cultural foundation! The cookies are all great, but they also have blondies/brownies, that are so different and definitely worth trying!!!

I only leave reviews if I absolutely love a place or I think they're awful. Can you guess what I think about Salamat? These guys are absolutely amazing. This was my first time trying anything with ube in it and I loved it. I highly recommend the blondies. And the pandan matcha latte is the only matcha latte I've thoroughly enjoyed. Loved the positive energy coming from both the people working the booth at the Saraga International Food Festival. This is a local business I am more than happy to support. I will be back for more.

The owners, Michael and his wife, are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I tried their brown butter ube brownie ( blondie), and it was unlike any brownie I’ve ever had before; tasted absolutely spectacular and truly to die for. What makes this business even more special is the love and care you can taste in every bite, reflected in the owners’ kind and inviting energy. Highly recommended. 11/10.

We originally discovered Salamat Cookies at the Fishers Farmers’ Market. It was so awesome to find a Filipino small business. Their flavors are so unique, and we’ve been big fans ever since we moved to Indiana in 2021. My husband and I wanted a party favor at our wedding that wouldn’t go to waste, so we catered 200 Salamat cookies from them. There were barely any left behind, and we received many compliments from our guests that the cookies were fresh and delicious. We ordered Ube, Buko Pandan, and the Spicy Mango Dark Chocolate (which they specially brought back for my husband since it’s his favorite).

Mike and Mama Odie were such a pleasure to work with. They provided great customer service and are so personable. Their cookies were the perfect, special wedding party favor and were such a fun way to honor the Filipino side of my family. Salamat po!!

Best ube drink to ever exist. I personally like mine a little less sweet so the owner was kind enough to suggest to add coffee to it. Wonderful people and amazing food for sure. I just wish they were open on weekends or evenings because it’s hard to make it during work hours.

These are some of the best baked goods I’ve ever had. Our local coffee shop carries the brownies. The first time I bought one, I figured it was a gimmick thing I’d split with my daughter. The moment I tried it, I knew I wouldn’t be sharing. I had no choice but to walk back into the store and buy the last three. A few months later they came out with the ube cookie. I swear, they just keep getting better. Everyone I know is getting a box of these for Valentine’s Day.

We got to meet the folks behind Salamat and their amazing treats today at the Fishers Farmers Market. They were so nice and we had a great time hearing about the ingredients and the food. We had an even better time eating the treats! They were standouts! The Pandan Macapuno Blondies were our favorite of the day. Excellent people, service, and food.

The food was amazing. We loved the cookies, the Pandan Macapuno Blondies were our families favorites. we got to talk with the Owner and his mother for a bit. The information about the ingredients and their kindness was awesome! Would buy from them again.

I checked them out during their pop up in Smorgasburg Miami for AAPI month and ?. I had their Iced Ube Latte and an assortment of their brownies and cookies. Everything was delicious!! The people working the counter (owners maybe) were some of the nicest, most genuine people and in this Miami heat?! Definitely check them out, they perfected their craft ✅
