We got to meet the folks behind Salamat and their amazing treats today at the Fishers Farmers Market. They were so nice and we had a great time hearing about the ingredients and the food. We had an even better time eating the treats! They were standouts! The Pandan Macapuno Blondies were our favorite of the day. Excellent people, service, and food.

The food was amazing. We loved the cookies, the Pandan Macapuno Blondies were our families favorites. we got to talk with the Owner and his mother for a bit. The information about the ingredients and their kindness was awesome! Would buy from them again.

I checked them out during their pop up in Smorgasburg Miami for AAPI month and ?. I had their Iced Ube Latte and an assortment of their brownies and cookies. Everything was delicious!! The people working the counter (owners maybe) were some of the nicest, most genuine people and in this Miami heat?! Definitely check them out, they perfected their craft ✅

I visited them during their pop-up at Commissary Coffee and was so excited to finally see some Filipino representation in Indy! The owners are so friendly and you can tell that they love what they do. I bought 6 cookies (they had a buy 5 get 1 free deal) - pandan, ube, strawberry lemonade, and mango plus 2 blondies (1 ube and 1 pandan). So far I've only tried the ube cookie (i loooove the marshmallow part) and the pandan blondie and both were delicious. The only thing is that their cookies are a bit on the sweeter side, so I can only eat about half the cookie in one sitting. I would love for them to add more Filipino-inspired flavors - specifically a vegan or low sugar cookie. I will definitely visit them again at another pop-up! 10/10 highly recommend supporting these amazing bakers!

I tried their cookies at the Fishers Farmers Market and they are delicious. The Gooey Bukubae, Whoa Philippine Mango & Piña Coco Lada are my favorites and bursting with flavors (especially when they are warm). If you try them, you may get addicted. The people are always friendly. I would definitely try more of them.

If you like cookies, the nicest owners on the planet and unique flavors, Salamat Cookies is for you. There is not one flavor of their cookies I didnt like. Order some for a friend and two orders for yourself, they WILL go fast. The Pina Coco-lada cookies were my favorite but they are seasonal so keep your eye on the menu. The gooey Bukubae is another solid choice. Whatever flavors you choose, just know they will be good and youre supporting amazing people in the process. Pro tip, freeze your cookies after you receive them to keep them fresh, longer.
