Placed an order over the phone and had a friend pick it up. Once we were going through our order we were missing items and things were not correct. When we called back all the man on the phone wanted to do was argue. We will not be ordering from here again in the future.

Ordered online at 11:05. They are supposed to be open until midnight. Door was locked on arrival. Knocked and was let in. Got my food after arguing but had to prove the order and receipt. Not good business. Open means open. Come on y'all

The fish dinners ordered were very good and cooked properly. But we ordered a 4 piece wing dinner that was totally forgotten till we showed the receipt and had to wait with our fish while they made it. The wings were overcooked and HORRIBLE! I think they must have been put back in the fryer and hardly any edible meat left on them!

The Philly Cheese Steak was a joke! It had mushrooms, red peppers, onions, and so much cheese you couldn't tell what you were eating. I took sandwich apart because the roll on the sandwich was so thick you only needed half of the bun. Steak?? Not even as much as 1 (one) Steakum slice, and for this they charge you $13.99+tax! Disgrace to real restaurants! Want to waste your money, this is the place, unless you want chicken wings or tenders! Despicable NEVER AGAIN. The 2 is for the AMOUNT of oversalted lemon pepper fries not the taste! Service-Didn't bother to send complete food order left off chicken tenders, didn't send food or anything in it's place.

Only doing a star to leave the review. I stopped in after work tonight and the guy completely ignored me and waited on the guy behind me instead. This place has gone to crap. The rudeness that seeps off them is just WOW. Felt very discriminated against. NEVER EVER EVER EVER going to stop here again.
Employee's working here now are lazy and not prompt about orders at all, they don't check their online orders or cook them, hand out wrong orders. One guy doest understand anyone! Management needs to step in. Food is always fresh and good. Prices are exceptional. Place is exactly like a Jordan's but without the high prices.
