This place is an absolute joke! They are NEVER open! It doesn't matter what time you come here they aren't open. Their posted store hours are 6am to 9pm but they're closed all the time. They need to shut this store down. It's incredibly frustrating to come here during posted business hours only to find that they are closed. The last ten times I have come here between the hours of 10am and 7pm they have been closed!

The last 2 times I've ordered pizza, they end up closing and never delivering the order. Online says they are open til 9, door dash says taken orders till 6:40... but they end up closing at 5 or earlier!

Went to check out this Sbarro’s out for the 3rd time since it was first open last year. Strangely, I’ve saw an old great manager that I’ve met before at a similar pizza joint working here this time. Sentual is his name! Just like at the old job he worked as a manager, he done great serving me, and didn’t disappoint at all. It looked he ran this whole restaurant all by hisself too.

Great pizza but POOR service! When I first started going here it was all types of pizza options. There were pizzas made ready to be served. Now they've hired young kids and they don't ever have anything ready.

I love pizza. I could eat it everyday. I had a slice of Sbarro's breakfast pizza. I loved it. I live on the Westside. I hope to be up that way again soon and I definitely will be trying the Supremo next!

Terrible customer service, 6 people behind register took 5 minutes to be acknowledged. A lot of playing around. When I got my food it was soggy.
I have been into the location inside Marathon off of 96th Street a few times for lunch but twice now I have tried to order pizza for dinner around 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. both times being closed and this most recent time I ordered online it said they were open I even paid and when I got there nobody was there but my receipt was printed out because the gas station attendant saw it. Now I have to go back again to get my refund.

I haven't been able to enjoy Sbarro pizza in a long time (usually only got it when traveling through an airport). I always like it though, and when I saw this location on my drive, I wanted to give them a try.As a few other reviews have mentioned, they do have some growing pains (out of supplies, a little slow), but the pizza is great (and the staff I had today was really cool)! I definitely enjoyed my cheese slice - good amount of cheese, excellent crust (which I always love about NY style). So give them a try - just have a little patience when you stop in and give them a chance to get it right!

Should have known better, pizza at a gas station. Yet fond memories of Sbarro from my youth prevailed. Ordered combo online and failed out twice resulting in a double charge on my credit card. Arrived for pick up and did not have the pizza I ordered so had to substitute and wait. Fountain drink was from the gas station which had several flavors out and the mix was off for Pepsi. No dipping sauce included as pictured. Should have stuck with the memories.
