Our go-to spot. The beer and food are amazing! Definitely recommend the Valak and Claudette. The food is amazing, just mostly calzones, pizza, and stix. It’s extremely kid friendly. (I disagree with another reviewer who said it’s not.) We take our 1 year old there all the time. She runs around, and no one seems to mind. Atmosphere is very chill. Everyone is so friendly—service is great! They also treat our pup so well. When the weather is good, we love to sit outside on the front patio with umbrellas.

Beer was good. Pizza was amazingly delicious. We brought our two small children (age 4) and they were playing “IT” on the TV. The bartender changed it when I asked, but I don’t know I’d identify this place a specifically family friendly place.

Cool local brew pub. They're kid friendly but don't serve food until 3:00. Staff was super nice. Great beers and craft sodas.

My fiancé and I live really close by, and we finally decided it was time to give Scarlett Lane a try! I'm so glad that we did!!The first thing we did was choose our drink. We knew we just had to try some beer, but with all the mouthwatering choices it was hard to chose! We both decided on the honey seltzer. I will admit that I was totally expecting a more seltzer-like drink, but was happy it was not! It was more like a really light beer that was just barely sweetened. I enjoyed it a lot, and it was really refreshing. For our meal we ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onion, mushroom, and peppers. The unique thing about the pizza that I really enjoyed was that the pepperoni was diced I to small pieces. I prefer that to the large pieces of pepperoni. It helps to distribute the flavor of the protein. The sauce on the pizza was really good. Im always picky about sauce, but this one passed the test! Not too sweet, but not too salty. Perfectly well rounded. The cheese layered on the pizza tied it all together beautifully. No complaints from us!The service was wonderful. Our server was polite and they did a fantastic job. The overall vibe of the restaurant was great. We sat outside so that we could bring our puppy (who loved it a lot!). It wasn't too busy or loud which was great. We were able to chat and enjoy our food and refreshing beer. I can't wait to go back to try a calzone sometime soon!

Terrible service, terrible beer, and an owner, with zero respect for the other local businesses in the area. It was only after experiencing not so great beer, and terrible service that I learned of the owners willingness to work with a bad landlord (@ their bg location), to destroy the bakery next-door for their own purposes. If you care for good beer, good customer service, honesty or integrity, don’t go here.

Loved the new pizza (Poultrygeist)! Great balance of toppings and BBQ sauce, plenty of cheese, definitely recommend the hot honey drizzle on top. We drank Yule Want This - a very light and easy to drink seasonal Kölsch cocktail. Service was good and I like what they were showing on the TVs. Great neighborhood vibes and dark decor, always appreciate the macabre/spooky theme. One drink each and splitting a pizza was absolutely perfect for a light dinner - we even took home three slices.

Good selection of beers both in house and guest taps. Calzones are really good but not good enough to distract me from the fact that the bartender applied an entire tube of Elmers Glue to their lips. 10/10

Grab a beer ? before going to Root and Bone.We stopped by this location before having dinner literally next door at Root and Bone. We've been to the "Big Brewery" in McCordsville so we know their beer.Great lil' place. They serve flights of four 5 ounce beers so if you don't know what you want, you can try a few beers. Also if you know what you want but don't want to get goofy you can get a 10 ounce pour. They also have pints so have a beer and enjoy the horror movies on the TVs over the bar.Word of warning: if you're squickish over blood, don't watch TV, talk to your friends. ?Like Root and Bone, the only issue is out of their control: It's the city and parking is shared with the restaurant next door. So factor in you might be street parking.Other than that grab a beer, watch a horror movie, and enjoy.

We came here based on reviews and pictures we saw about all the delicious food offerings. Unfortunately the kitchen is closed and when it reopens the menu will be limited to calzones. We did stay and have a beer and enjoyed the Godzilla and Teenage Witch movies playing above the bar.

Beer and vibes are great. Food items range between good and meh. Some lack flavor or can be a little dry. Reviewing after 3 visits, ordering drinks and food each time.

Ambiance was awesome!! Watched Addams Family while we ate. Had "Dance the Mamushka" chicken kabobs with a mixed beer flight. Everything tasted great!.
