i Would like to say that racism should not still exist in 2023, I came in to pick up an online order as I usually did, I was happy when I pulled up and seen that it was only a mother and daughter in the store as I entered the store, the cashier and the customer were talking and that was OK but it would've been nice to have been greeted by saying hello or anything but no there was no greet so I stood there while they talked about. Sounds like a school or teachers or something or cheering or something so I sit there a little while longer. They all looked up and you know continue to talk never was they greet or anything, then the cashier made a two scoops of ice cream for the child and then they continue talking so I stood there a little while longer still no greet. No nothing they just continue talking so unfortunately I had to interrupt and say hello. I don't know if you see me standing here, but I had an online order. the cashier smirked at the little girl and said something That was I'm sure, rude, or insulting because they started laughing . I'm not sure what it was but it's really sad that these type of things or the attitudes of people still exist and 2023 I was very offended and to make matters worse when I received my ice cream my quarter ice cream it's very sloppy and messy I just you know I'm very unhappy with this situation and I decided to make a review and I won't be tolerate I don't deserve to be mistreated by anyone and, including a young girl I would hope that in the future, this young girl learns how to respect everyone and how to greet everyone.

I ate the best ice cream and enjoyed every bite! Nicole, the owner is just so sweet. She took care of me… we laughed! She told me stories about the locally owned products that she is selling at the Scoop Shack.I want to thank Nicole for bringing in the Mozel Sanders Foundation barbecue sauce and the hot sauce and a jalapeño relish to sell to her customers.When the products are sold, 100% of the profits go to the Mozel Sanders Foundation to help on the Thanksgiving dinner.Parking: Plenty of open parking in a safe parking lot.Kid-friendliness: A fun place to take your kids for a treat!

The blueberry compote was not gummy/processed but slightly runny and rich in flavor. The cheesecake ice cream was soooo good. You can actually taste the tang of the cream cheese (no chunks).Turkish coffee: 4.6/5 -- delicious! I drink Turkish coffee so the only thing stopping it from perfection is that it simply tastes like coffee ice cream -- but it's a darn good coffee ice cream!Oreo mud pie - 3/5. The cookie pieces are nice but the texture isn't the greatest and I couldn't detect much coffee. Still, not a bad choice if you like oreosHoosier buckeye - 3/5. The peanut butter flavor of the ice cream is really nice but the buckeye pieces are awkward and large. (Basically dime sized pieces of frozen chocolate with some PB inside). I ordered a pint of LemOreo via Doordash last week. The ice cream was refreshing and enjoyable until I found a long strand of hair in the ice cream. Afterwards, I threw up and contacted doordash for a full refund. I was disappointed but do understand that accidents do happen. Hopefully in the near future, there will be stricter food safety measures that will be taken place.

Location is very clean and comfortable, wasn't busy but it feels like even if it was it would be a nice place to hang out and enjoy. Four different flavors ( which apparently change ), but all of ours were really fresh, flavorful, and creamy. Prices were easy to find ahead of time and seemed pretty good for any fresh locally made I have had.

Such amazing tasting ice cream here. I got a scoop of the sticky chocolate flavor and the chocolate peanut butter brownie topped with peanut butter sauce and hot fudge. The sticky chocolate was a blend of milk and dark chocolate! So great!!!

Cute local small business! Friendly and fast service. Great homemade ice cream, rotating variety of flavors for hard pack scoops. Also variety of frozen desserts using cake, cookies & waffle cones. We tried a m&m cookie sandwich, waffle sandwich with Carmel pecan fudge ice cream in it, waffle "nachos", and some cone scoops. No one complained ? - everything was delicious! Check them out ?

Adorable, friendly, super duper tasty. What a neighborhood asset, it should be packed all the time! They have the coolest handheld ice cream treats they craft in-house, and they support other local businesses too.
