If I could rate zero stars I would lol . Neither of the employees greeted me , she just stood there and looked at me . I asked her a question about the menu toppings and she just wouldn’t give any conversation back but then a male “whispered “ to her “I don’t understand why they get so confused about the menu “ … like why are you talking like that in front of a Potential returning customer ? They both are very unprofessional and lack communication skills . I told them both never mind since they both have attitudes . This happened in the evening around 6pm. Cute Store though

I’m not angry, just sad and disappointed. I drove to the Amp just for Scoopz and while their hours indicated they would be open, they were not. After talking with coworkers, I discovered many have had this experience. Be better Scoopz

Stopped in otw home from work because the kids wanted “fancy” ice cream. Firstly, VERY CLEAN work area, something you don’t see too often anymore. The lady was very polite and sociable. I walked out spending less than I thought I would, and the family loved the ice cream. Great place to stop in for some ice cream! (Lots of flavors!)

Love the ice cream! It’s so addictive and every flavor I have tried is great! The Butter Pecan, Lemon Oreo and now the Graham Slam are my favorites. My son loves the Cookies and Cream. Lori’s customer service and amazing personality make it even better!

My boyfriend and I went here when it’s almost time to close. I couldn’t pick up a flavor but this wonderful staff Lori helped me and let me tasted 3 flavors. She might have been busy closing the store but thank you so much for your amazing service and beautiful smiles, it made my night!!!! And of course ice cream is AMAZING
I am a regular vanilla ice cream girl and Scoopz vanilla ice cream with the Madagascar vanilla is awesome! My husband really liked the Butter Peacan. Laurie is super nice, I will be back!
