The place is absolutely epic and topi tier for down to earth service, food and deliciousness. If you want a foodgasm for brunch order anything and everything! Trache’ , The Manager Ruth, House, Alisha & Sydney and the front of the house and Chef Tia’s menu is ELITE! Enjoy a perfect urban grown and sexy lounge restaurant vibe and tell them Lalesha the Real McKoy sent you! I had the Lamb chops over Gouda grits for lunch and also tasted a friends Salmon and grits. Born from parents from NC I was eating grits before being born this place has food is that is TOP TIER PERIOD!!!! Need I say more?!!!

I've been wanting to try this place out let's just say I can say I tried it. the atmosphere was good liked the vibe, the service wasn't good but it also wasn't bad needs a little improvement. Now for as the food um no, the philly cheese eggrolls bland need more seasoning/flavor and filling it was like eating a wonton the dipping sauce for them is definitely not it nasty taste, the shadow burger bun was falling apart when you picked it up, low quality bread along with the low quality fries they were cold and yes there is a such thing as low quality potato fries and bread in the restaurant business. but the highlight of the night was the pastas both of them was flavorful and tasted good I would recommend any of the pasta over the whole menu chef just needs to make a few adjustments to the other items on the menu

I came here a couple weekends ago and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. My cousin and I waited 45 minutes just to be acknowledged and had to flag down a busser to even get noticed. We ordered hookah and drinks. The hookah came late, and the drinks never came at all.

Servers were only focused on certain tables while others, like ours, were ignored. We even waited over an hour just for water. The only time the server moved fast was when it was time to bring the check.

This place has potential, but the service is unacceptable and needs major improvement. I also messaged them on Instagram with no response. If I truly wanted back customer service from a black owned business, then I would have went to Atlanta. Do better.

One the best lounges I've been to in a long time. The food is excellent, the atmosphere was vibing with a live Dj setting the tone. I love this place! Can't wait to go back to Nap and pop in again!

I went to the Shadow Lounge for the first time for lunch. The server was very nice! I ordered the Southwest Eggroll, loaded mash potatoes, and a blueberry lemon drop. All of it was very good! No complaints! I will return again soon.

Yes & Yes had Rasta pasta, wings , and salmon pasta everything was 10/10 on food, my server Rayonna was amazing ! Drinks were also great.

The food & service are top tier - only thing I thought could use improvement was the bathroom which ran out of soap, doesn’t have purse hooks and no paper towels .
