The food is top notch! Catfish is a must have. It’s seasoned and fried to perfection. The grits are almost as good as mine and that says a whole lot. The red velvet waffle is sinfully delicious! Presentation absolutely beautiful! The mimosas were a perfect blend of citrus and bubbly! After finally getting a legal parking spot, there was no wait. The friendly hostess seated us immediately. There is a full bar for cocktails while you wait. Cons: I went for Sunday brunch and parking is nuts. The lot seems small compared to the capacity of the restaurant and it’s surrounded by lots that clearly don’t want you to use their spaces. There are lots of tow away signs that Indicate this. It’s loud in there! It’s giving an Atlanta or Houston vibe with the music which I don’t mind, however I would like to be able to speak/hear the voice of the person I’m sitting with. The crowd was young and a tad rowdy which added to the loud. Lots of laughter and a few screams. They might want to implement a dress code or code of conduct to weed out the undesirables. The wait for our food was kind of long (around 35 minutes), however it was a nice sized crowd. The kitchen may have been backed up. Our server was apologetic when the food arrived, which I appreciated. There were only about 5 empty tables in the whole place. Overall a good experience! I’ll go back!

I want to start out by saying that I expressed my dissatisfaction with my first visit by leaving a review here and the owner promptly reached out to apologize and explain the circumstances. I truly appreciate and respect that.

I visited this past Saturday evening for the first time. It was a little loud for my taste and the crowd was younger than I expected. The food however was fantastic. So much so that I ordered something while I was there and then ordered another to go. Our server was attentive, but maybe this was an off night because the service was really slow. Also, gratuity was automatically added to my bill even though it was just a party of one. Moving forward, I think this should be communicated up front so that the customer can have a chance to decide if they are ok with that.

I will visit again on a weekday to see if I have a different experience and adjust my review accordingly.

nice comfortable place with a nice set up it was a comedy show at the time I was there to celebrate my son's birthday he ordered food I'm not actually sure what he had the drinks were on point it was my first visit and I had a great time great hospitality

Parking: Group of 8 of us sat outside on the heated patio which was nice. Our waitress was very friendly and made great recommendations. The food was really good as well.

The fried catfish is very good. I also enjoyed Shadow’s Cucumber Margarita. I hope this business continues to thrive!

Look, I tore my meal up! I went at brunch time, and although I was sad I couldn't get lunch or an appetizer as the owner explained why they wait, I was so dang happy with my French toast meal and glad I got that. I will just have to come back as I had my eyes set on that philly egg rolls too. Very good! 😋

Had a great time at this lounge at brunch on Sunday. The place was very clean and when we walked in, it was a very upbeat and lively atmosphere. During brunch they have a live DJ that was spinning all of the great tracks that you want to hear. They have an outside patio here as a seating option. They have a full bar. There are also a multitude of TVs throughout the restaurant showing all of the football games on the big screens . They have lots of different drink specials from mimosas to Paloma‘s to French 75. There is a large fullystocked bar. I really also liked the peach Bellini … it was delicious. To eat I ordered the fried catfish, shrimp and grits and it was slamming! Very flavorful and very fresh and you can tell that they change their oil regularly because of the freshness of the fried food. This would be a great vibe for friends and celebrating for a popping brunch experience I definitely recommend. I would return. Also, the owner came out and spoke to us and he was really nice and friendly about explaining his menu, the style in which they run the business, etc. , so that was cool.
