I liked the kindness and friendliness of the workers. The food is outstanding especially the hamburgers and shakes. I would recommend Shake Shack restaurant to my friends and colleagues around the Indianapolis area and to anyone visiting the Indianapolis area.

The food was satisfactory but the prices were way to high. A basic soft drink sells for just under $4. I paid over $50 for 3 people .We bought 3 basic sandwiches, 3 fries, and 3 small drinks. No value whatsoever.

Have to say I dont write complaints ever but I door dashed a $40 order of a burger hot dog and fries to my hotel and got no napkins or ketchup.
This shake shack is disgusting! Today was the 2nd time we found a long hair in our food, and we know it wasn't ours didn't look like ours and it was deep inside the food. They don't wear hairnets and some wear their hair down. Absolutely disgusting. Cashier always has a attitude.

The Shack has of the best tasting fries in the business. I’ve only bought the chicken sandwich and it tastes great. First time using the kiosk to order my meal. Was easy - add or take away fixings was easy. Location was clean and the food was served quickly
