Went to take my child to see Santa yesterday. My child is very shy and usually doesn’t go up to people he doesn’t know. Santa made him feel so loved and valued and my son actually smiled and talked back to Santa. Made my momma heart so happy. The whole ride home all he could talk about was how fun Santa was and how he hoped he got the football he asked Santa for.
We went to meet Santa today. he was the most precious, sweet and caring person in the world. he took the time to talk to my daughter and made her entire year! 10/10 would go back just to see Santa ❤️
Very salty burgers, that tastes like nothing related to burgers. The only positive was the friendly staff. Won't be back again.

Shake Shack is a pretty solid restaurant. I love the quality of the food. There's always room for improvement, but it's fast food.
Additionally, I would personally prefer the takeout packaging to be designed differently, but that’s just my opinion. I know most companies won't invest much in that area.
However, picking up my food to take back home, 10-15 minutes away from the location, the current way just isn't ideal.

Ordered at a Kiosk. Payed $22 for a small burger, fries, and a drink. My large drink was fairly small. And I didn’t talk to a single person the entire time.
WAY over priced and impersonal.

Slowest Shake Shack I have ever been to. Looks like 6 people working the back with half of them standing around leaning on the counters.

The food is good and tastes like pretty much any other Shake Shack. It is dirty a lot and it seems like they wipe down the tables with soda and glue.

Tables never get cleaned, the shakes are $6.49 and small, and the chicken crust tasted very unordinary.
$9 dollars for a burger with no fries shake or even a drink makes me so violently mad. Steak and shake is better, uses beef tallow, free fries and drink with a $4 double patty. And i can turn in my recepit to get a free milkshake after 5pm. I know this store stays busy, but i really wish it didn't. Thats the worse part of my experience is knowing we pay these prices and do it to ourselves. But even in this economy i have never seen a smash patty quite this expencive. And it was pretty meh, no charm, no character, didnt even taste good like steak n shake or freddys or wahlburger. Just a $9 bun with dissapointment inbetween. No drink no napkins no smile when served. Shake shack is a successful company, but one day i hope his legacy dries up and the owner of this company ends up in a desert alone with $1 and an empty stomach. So that he may beg for a merciful meal as his own subordinates forsake him, as this meal has forsaken me. My girlfriend bought me this burger with a smile but i ate

The cheese fries tasted like straight buns. I would rather eat an elephants toes, smothered with chili cream sauce

Everything about this place screams penny pincher/cheap to me. Burgers are good. Fries are terrible. Bacon is terrible and undercooked. Basically nobody to take your order so you have to be a cashier yourself (to save them money.) Fountain drinks are bogarted behind the counter (to save them money.) The fries are basic oreida crinkle cuts with no seasoning at all (to save money!) The vanilla shake is bland and watery. When you get burgers to go, they just put it in an open box (to save money!) so they don't stay warm. The employees are rude, won't even say thank you. It's just too crappy and cheap of a place for me, I don't think I'll be back

Shake Shack is one of my go to spots for a quick, delicious bite. I popped in Saturday for a quick lunch on the go. It did not disappoint. The manager and staff were friendly and have service with a smile! :)

I would like to give this 5 stars but I have to include other factors so on Saturday I went gift shopping for Mother’s Day and needing to eat so I chose shake shack. Really confident placing in the mall ngl. Food was realy good like get a chicken sandwich add cheese to it and lettuce the fires are good and if they still have the s’mores milkshake you should get it. One of the card scanners is broken so make sure you have a phone to pay. And also it is crowded so you might not fell that comfortable sitting there and expect and 10-15 min wait for food to be made
