James was so nice and helpful! He was constantly walking around checking in with all the customers. When our food took slightly longer than expected, he brought us all free samples of the new ice cream flavors! Would come back to this location in a heartbeat.

You have to buy all separated, no combo meals , it makes sense since profit is the goal ,burgers are Way too small for the price, French fries ($4) are way to small for the price as well, drinks full of ice , clean dinner area , service was meh , first time here , stake and shake is a better value for the money tbh .

No real complaints. The interior is clean, and the vibe is nice, with a foosball table and a water fountain. The hours are excellent. I showed up to order right around closing time because of an emergency once, and the staff was super patient with me.
The food's great - the best of Five Guys probably clears the best from here, but their price is higher as well. Speaking of price, Shake Shack doesn't have combo meals, so the value goes up if you are open to skipping fries and a soda.

I love visiting shake shack, wherever I may be living I have to find a shake shack this one in particular was ok could've been a little better with the food although I had a chocolate salted caramel shake and it was delicious! Kinda wish the food was less "I'm starting to feel full and maybe even sick no wait never mind I'm not going to be sick or…" yeah I almost felt sick from the tasty but lil overboard food. Bacon was extra nice though especially on the cheesy fries :]

Vegetarian options: They had a vegetarian safe burger on the menu, And a salad bowl for the side!!

Parking: You will have to pay for parking on the side of the road, but it's pretty much easy to figure out!

Kid-friendliness: There's a kids menu option for kids who prefer kids menu items/food!

Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly easy for a person who is disabled and in need of a wheelchair to get in the restaurant with the wheelchair!

The staff is always friendly and both managers yesterday were so helpful with helping me place a big order. One of the employees even helped me carry my items to my car- which you rarely see anymore. 10/10 experience !

I've never felt more ripped off. The food was good but not good enough to charge the money that they do. I could have gotten a better burger for less within walking distance of where this is located
