Nobody in line and my burger took 15 minutes. Not sure what happens when the airport is busy. The food was average but the fries were above average. Sandwichs were reasonably priced for an airport but probably because they were smaller than regular size sandwiches.
Whoever was working the front of this restaurant around 4:45 pm on Monday, August 18th, deserves a bonus! I’m sorry I didn’t note the name, but they were managing both registers by themselves, seamlessly! AND with a positive attitude. Another customer and I noticed the napkins were out, so we got his attention. He came to assist immediately, and did not look at all bothered, despite how busy he obviously was. Not much to tell, good burger and a great Black and White shake. No matter what Shake Shack you go to, you can count on consistently good food and fast service. This one was in the Indianapolis Airport.
