I don't know what these other folk went through, but service was good. It's fast food at an airport, you order, pay, then get your food. The burgers apparently come with nothing on them so that was disappointing, but pretty good meat. Way better than the meat in the Bub's burger I had in the airport last trip. I would visit again!
A lot of reviews talk about bad attitudes, we did not experience that this time or the previous time that we were here. They do take just a bit longer to get food out than some Shake Shacks, but it still was pretty reasonable. The food was great, the cheese was like usual, the burgers were cut well and full. Fries were delicious!
I did not think anything was gonna be open before my 5 AM flight and was super pleased that they opened at 3:30 AM. The terminal didn’t even open until 345. Breakfast was great and service was quick. I was also the only customer there at this point so that definitely helped.
