I am only the Uber Eats delivery person but man was the communication between the staff poor. I was sitting there for 40 minutes waiting for an order for an individual who had been messaging me that they have been waiting for more than an hour for anything to be made. One minute the hostess is telling me “they are finishing up the food right now” and the next minute a server is coming out and telling me “the order was canceled before 1 pm”. Mind you it was around 2:30pm. And then another minute the hostess would say “they are starting the order now”. And then to only be told again that it was canceled awhile ago by the person who ordered. I’m still very confused as to how that all happened if the staff were truly communicating.

I should of known this was going to be bad when we walked in we were not greeted no conversation at all. Took 50 minutes to get our gross food. Even the chicken nuggets were not good. Tenderloin was good. Will not go back.

The thick breaded tenderloin was wide as my plate (which is hard to find these days) and not pounded down to thin as a cracker. My wife loved the pizza. Easy to get in and out with prompt and friendly service.

Went 2x recently for lunch. Same waitress both times, and she was awsome. Salmon salad, fried pork tenderloin and burger all good. Tried breakfast this morning (advertises breakfast, lunch and dinner) my husband ordered coffee, I tried the mocha. Both ordered 1/2 ordered biscuit and gravy, plus 1 scrambled egg. Food was stone cold when we got it. I mean really really inedible. Plus we saw the server spill 2 drinks while we waited. Refill on coffee never came, had to ask twice for water. Drinks were approx $3.50 each, left $10 and left. Very sad. Great location, but staff had no idea what they were doing. We were very disappointed.

Been for lunch a few times, it was ok. Went for breakfast for the first time this morning, very disappointed. When we arrived, one guy was working dining room and he got around to taking our drink order and food order about 10 min after we sat down. Emptied my coffee cup and set it on the edge of the table as a hint, it didn't work. Ordered water and had to ask for it twice. Finally got our food and it was stone cold. Asked for a bill for the drinks and waited, waited, waited. Left $10 on the table and left. Don't know if we'll try again or not, very disappointed. Prior lunches were ok, but we do not recommend breakfast. Completely disorganized and we left disappointed.

The location is awesome. The service is friendly. The staff works hard. But the food is garbage. The food tastes like it was microwaved a week ago. It's like a sports bar that cannot sports bar. It's a pretty simple concept. Play sports, not music or games, and serve good food. I would rather order McDonald's or Domino's (in the same parking lot) and just order drinks. This place has potential but not management. It's almost a place I would recommend - but the food is horrible. I have never been able to finish my food. The food is gross!!! How this place stays in business is beyond me. It's mostly empty - but it sells alcohol. Saw a 40 year old birthday party there and felt really bad for the girl's birthday. I would end relationships if they took me here to celebrate. Again, the bar is good enough and the service is friendly. Jc please sell this place to an owner who has an idea what this place could be. I would kill for a place like this close to my home that had good food. Did I mention the food was horrible?

We came in last Sunday around lunchtime, and the place was absolutely packed. Our waitress, Michelle, was clearly handling a lot at once, but I want to give her major credit—she did a fantastic job. Even while running from table to table, she kept a genuine smile, joked with our group, and called us all “hon,” which gave the whole experience that cozy, small-town diner feel. Her authenticity and great attitude really stood out and made us feel cared for, even though she was stretched thin. Good ol’ American comfort food too!

Really unprofessional waitress. I will not tolerate swearing at customers.

I generally don’t rate places for service, but I ordered lunch on UberEats from here 9/1. For $27.00 this was the WORST food I’ve ever had. Maybe in person it would be better, but I saw it had a decent rating and tried it. My 3 sliders were the driest & most burnt things I’ve ever had, my “steak fries” tasted like chemicals. I did get a full refund through UberEats. Once again maybe better in person, but would not recommend ordering.

2 visits both less than satisfactory. 1st trip seemed understaffed, second the staff was not able to answer simple questions such as alcoholic drink sizes. Won't be give me additional chances to this establishment.
