We came in last Sunday around lunchtime, and the place was absolutely packed. Our waitress, Michelle, was clearly handling a lot at once, but I want to give her major credit—she did a fantastic job. Even while running from table to table, she kept a genuine smile, joked with our group, and called us all “hon,” which gave the whole experience that cozy, small-town diner feel. Her authenticity and great attitude really stood out and made us feel cared for, even though she was stretched thin. Good ol’ American comfort food too!

Really unprofessional waitress. I will not tolerate swearing at customers.

I generally don’t rate places for service, but I ordered lunch on UberEats from here 9/1. For $27.00 this was the WORST food I’ve ever had. Maybe in person it would be better, but I saw it had a decent rating and tried it. My 3 sliders were the driest & most burnt things I’ve ever had, my “steak fries” tasted like chemicals. I did get a full refund through UberEats. Once again maybe better in person, but would not recommend ordering.

2 visits both less than satisfactory. 1st trip seemed understaffed, second the staff was not able to answer simple questions such as alcoholic drink sizes. Won't be give me additional chances to this establishment.

Today was my first time at the Shakers Good Eats & Ale. It was a wonderful experience my hostess went above and beyond to accommodate my needs it was a wonderful experience, the ambience was a vibe and the food was top tier..thank you Sheena keep up the amazing work...❤️

Waitress was new though in her defense. Chicken tenders were dry and flat. No taste. Nacho platter was good as was coleslaw

My brother and I had dinner tonight with our families and really enjoyed it. Food was fresh and good our waitress Kori was very attentive, super sweet and profesional! We will def be back!

This was the first time I experienced extremely slow service. I don't fault the server as she was by herself. If the owners see this review, please ensure you have the proper staffing or identify where you can fill in to assist.

The food is good, but I feel something has changed with the overall vibe. Maybe under new ownership?

I have ordered several times and picked up my food. We always get the breaded tenderloins but last night was very disappointed over half of our tenderloins were pure fat. I don’t think I will go back again.

I came in here about a month ago just because one of my best friends worked here so i just wanted to try it out. I usually check her jobs out but she by far always out does herself. A damn good waitress made sure i had everything i needed , checked on me & the person i was with overall a WONDERFUL SERVER INSIDE AND OUT .

I thought that everything from top to bottom was great! First time there for me. I wasn’t disappointed! Food, service and atmosphere was great. Five Star for sure. I will definitely be coming back again.

Food is always good. The server was nice and pleasant and very helpful. The salad bar was down, however and the iced tea, although freshly made, had a bit of a funny taste. Maybe it was the type of tea they use.
