Do you ever leave a place just feeling really good? Good about the food, the staff, even yourself? Having worked as secret shopper for several years and supervising large staffs of customer service oriented employees, I understand the finesse and consistency that must be trained and encouraged every day. The attention for detail, the temperatures, taste, texture, and technique of the recipe. And above all, the most important welcoming person serving you, smiling, engaging you....
We always stop at the downtown location, and found this one close to the Fishers area we were visiting. Excellent corn beef sandwich to go, from the perfect rye bread to the brown mustard! Nice treat for the ride home!
Went with a good friend who talked me into a tongue sandwich. Glad I listened. It was amazing and extremely tender. You can see by the before and after pictures that I will be back for another one soon
