I bought some fried green tomatoes at the shrimp hut on W 38th Street, and they were terrible. They were mushy falling apart, not really cooked well. The fish was hard flat on the outside rubbery on the inside.
Their food is very very good they move to slow serving people and it's super hot inside of the restaurant. If I had time I will work in there myself because the food is the bomb they need help
A bit disappointed. I've been here severance times and they're really good, but always messing up something.
First time, no problems.
Second time, my food was good but they messed up my friend's order.
Third time was good.
This time I used Uber Eats and the driver has issues then the Styrofoam was melted because the food was so hot. They should probably look into paper or bamboo packaging.
