Decent bagels but if you ask to remove any option on the bagel, prepare for them not to listen. second time getting something with an item I requested not to be on it. didn't even want my food at this point. I made it all the way back to work before I looked at it. I don't want to get food at a place i constantly have to check at the counter because of the lack of trust

Been coming here since they opened. Lately quality and service have declined to that of a big chain. This was supposed to have sprouts and garlic herb CC. Minimal effort was made but not worth the snowy trip across town and 100% not worth the price. We won’t be returning. There are plenty of other local options.

Umm, I’m not sure why this should be explained. But if someone come to the pick up counter, that person should probably be greated instead of ignored. I just spent $25 on two dang bagel and this is the service you offer? Pleaseeeee be for real. I really wanted to return and refund after. No a good look if you want people to come back

Awesome spot w rotating daily specialty bagels and immaculate sandwiches that always hit the spot. My default is the BLT with whatever the bagel of the day is. Great staff. Pictures is blt w jalapeño schmear on a jalapeño cheese pretzel bagel

This is the best bagel in the city. A variety of fun cream cheese spreads and great sandwiches. There can be a wait, but it's always worth it. My favorite is the spicy lox and bagel. It's a perfect combination of savory, briny and spice.
