The service at this location is terrible! Been there 4 times and we are waiting with others who have wrong orders, half orders, missing items, taking too long. I gave 2 stars because we really do love the chicken. But this place needs new management, some major training, and some house keeping. It's filthy! Your feet stick to the floor when you walk in. Also, used the bathroom 2 times in those visits because we pass it in our travels. Both times NO TOILET PAPER! Come on people! Love the chicken but may have to mark this location off list. Bring the team from Jackson, Tennessee up to train them!!

I use to go to several different slims locations all the time. It's literally my favorite place! But unfortunately due to changes in my Trucking job I can't make it here or the other locations anymore. I have a more local route now. I would be grateful if there was a Slims in Anderson, IN. which is my work terminal area or Fort Wayne, IN area which is my hometown. I miss this place. I was going to Slims on a weekly basis but not able to anymore 🥺

Go buy some better chicken elsewhere. Hotboyz is like 10 minutes away. Went here today and got the hardest chicken meat I’ve ever eaten . Comparable to biting through a raw carrot hard. 🤮 Pretty certain they’ve changed chicken on the sandwiches and it’s bad.

waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes only to receive a cold sandwich. I went inside, handed it to the employee, and explained that it was cold and that I had been waiting in the drive-through for so long. She just laughed, went to the back, and had another sandwich made—but that one wasn’t hot either, and it was just as tough. I ended up throwing it away. Eight dollars wasted, and I was still hungry. There was no apology and no effort to make things right. I won’t be returning. This was my first and only time eating there.
