Some of the best cupcakes I have ever had! As an icing lover, I was worried due to the fact that the icing seems so minimal compared to the cake. It must be that I always loved icing cause the cake I’ve had at other places has been lackluster. But THE CAKE here is amazing, flavorful, and moist. The icing is the perfect complement. 100/100 will come here again

We stopped in after dinner for a cupcake. They were amazing!! I had the Birthday Cake and my husband had the Reese’s peanut butter one. The cupcake was light and fluffy and the icing was delicious! We will plan to go back when we are in the area again. Great little shop and excellent service! ?

The lady working yesterday was very professional and friendly. The cupcakes are delicious and the ice cream is to die for! The price is quite high, but I guess thats a good thing so I dont stop there all the time and get a diabetic

Aaron was SUPER helpful and attentive. The salted caramel ice cream was everything I needed. I took home a lemon cupcake and it was soft and delicious two days later!

I've had Smallcakes before and was finally able to make it to the store. It's right down the street from Brother's Bar and Grill. It's so bright and nice inside. They had lots of options to choose from. Lots of chocolate if you're a chocolate person. I was so glad to see the wedding cake cupcake. Almond frosting with an almond flavored cupcake. It was so soft and fresh. It was delicious. I hope they have more vanilla or strawberry options. I hope they always have that one. I love the packaging they have. The cupcake is out into a nice box that holds the cupcake still so not toppling over. All in all a great experience!

Staff member was very helpful and friendly. First time trying small cakes so she explained anything we asked.
I tried a vanilla cupcake with pink frosting. The buttercream icing was quite delicious. The vanilla cake, however, was dry and gritty. It reminded me of the beige vegan cakes from the 1980s-1990s, before veganism leveled up. Much improvement is needed for their vanilla recipe.

Horrible. We planned a large order for my daughter’s birthday party well in advance. The lady was kind on the phone and even helped pick some cupcakes out for the order. On the day of pick up, they didn’t have the order at all. Totally screwed us.
When I called them on it the lady at the desk attempts to tell us it’s our fault. Which obviously is rude however the owner straight up try’s to victim blame.
When the order was made my wife asked if we could prepay and the lady on the phone says no, just pay when you come in Friday to pick them up.
The fact the owner makes no attempt to apologize in any way and instead wants to shift blame on us is disturbing.

We had ordered two dozen cupcakes for our daughters birthday party. It was communicated to us that we would pick them up at 2:00 pm the day of. When I arrived to pick them up the order was not fulfilled and the person working attempted to make it sound like it was our fault. Very rude. Will not be coming back and please, don't count on this place filling an order ahead of time.What's crazy, is that when my wife ordered, she specifically asked if she could prepay over the phone and she was told not to worry about it, just pay when you come in on Friday. Now they're backpedaling claiming we didn't get this order because we didn't come in and pay beforehand? I would have. We even asked.... Bottom line is the ball was dropped by these guys and they're attempting to excuse their way out of their fumble. Not getting treated very well particularly when we weren't the ones in the wrong here.
