Excellent hidden gem, with delicious meals to suit all tastes. Tried brunch and dinner - both wonderful - so am excited about lunch there soon.

As an actual Pakistani who went here with an actual Indian who was really excited to drink legit chai, the chai was disappointingly not real South Asian chai at all. Tasted more like a watery clove drink sadly. Unfortunately, I guess you gotta go to a legit South Asian restaurant (Chapati, Hyderabad House, etc) if you want real, good chai in Indy.

In all my years of making this my healthy vegetarian choice, I've never had a bad meal here. There is something for everyone and they often have a great vegan dessert to enjoy!

Still absolutely one of the best chai and brunch spots in the area. Excellent vibe and I recommend the Lebanese Scramble for dining inside or outside. Highly recommended.

Their service is great and it's usually not too packed which is great because they can seat 35 at most inside and 20 at most outside. I prefer to sit outside - inside can get noisy and cramped if they're busy. Their patio is also super fur baby friendly - in fact there were three super cute puppers there this morning. Unfortunately only one dog bowl so B.Y.O.B. :) The seats are dainty - so a very quaint feel.

This was my first time eating in this restaurant and it was surprisingly good. My friend had suggested the place after spending some time looking for "healthy " alternatives to eating out. I didn't know this was a late night dinner place for it's name gives it a brunch type of style place. I had the red curry with tofu dish which came with some veggies, sriracha, and lots of delicious tofu. While it seemed a bit overpriced for a vegetarian dish, it was actually good! I did get a discount for checking in. The place was empty when we got there and it took sometime for our hostess to come attend us, but it wasn't too bad. The environment had some cute artsy pieces and a nice orange and grey color wall paint. It was nice. The menu consists of a well balance vegetarian and meat options. They have can and bottle beer options in addition to teas. Overall, I enjoyed my meal! I highly recommend it. The only thing that wasn't good was the tahini sauce. It wasn't tasty. My friend didn't eat her salad due to the tahini lemon dressing. Other than that, check this place out.

Very inventive, tasty food! Interesting selections for omnivores and vegans alike. Will definitely return to try all the vegan choices I couldn’t fit in my mouth this trip!

Hey kids - eat your veggies! Sobro Cafe is a well loved vegan / vegetarian friendly restuarant just a hop skip and a jump if your in the Broadripple / Meridian Kessler / Butler neighborhood. It has a very European feel with a lovely outdoor patio where you can sit and watch the world go by. This is a key spot for Vegans / Vegetarians in our neighborhood. I went with my vegetarian friend and he got the veggie scramble (like a tofu stir fry), unfortunately their menu needs a little updating - it didnt state mushrooms - he hates mushrooms etc... so if you get this and hate mushrooms be sure to ask for these to be exempted... just a note. He also got the Chai which they make in house and is delicious - they do make it with soy - which is not my fav - I wish the had maybe Oat or Almond milk. But if you like soy milk yay for you! I got the Sobro Skillet - Sauteed peppers, onions, garlic, and kale over potatoes with eggs, goat cheese, tomato, Braggs, and avocado. The potatoes were nice & crispy - the eggs were perfectly cooked - I could have done without the Bragg's aminos (a little too salty) - but was overall quite tasty and filling and served in a cute little cast iron pan. My disappointment was that they served instant commercial coffee. I know Sobro lives on a Local Farm to Table tag so with so many amazing coffee roasters in Indy - I'm surprised they use such poor quality coffee. Other than that it's a great spot to our neighborhood and we'll be back! @twainindy

SoBro Cafe is a great place to get served up some fresh brunch, lunch or dinner dishes. The couple times I have eaten there I have been incredibly pleased. Plus, the service is great. Caroline and Caila have both been pleasant and responsive. Thanks ladies for all that you do!

Had breakfast, the corn cakes with guava jam are a tasty surprise. The lemon mint egg scramble was good as were the potatoes. Service was good and the coffee was ok. Nice quiet morning spot.

Listeeeeeeeennnnnnn!!! When I Say EVERYTHING About This Adorable Restaurant Is P H E N O M E N A L?! To Begin, Our Server Caroline Is Super Friendly, Very Attentive & High Spirited! She Brought Us A Batch Of FREE Vegan Corn Muffins With A Mango Salsa Jam! Make Sure You Bite Into The Biscuit & Don't Break A Piece Of The Edge Off Trying To Taste It The Edges Are Thinner Thus Being A Bit Dry, But THE CENTER!! They Are So Moist & The Texture Is Extremely Satisfying! For Our Meals We Had The Vegan Biscuits & Gravy & The West Indies Veggie Scrambler Now I Haven't Had Biscuits & Gravy Since 2010 When I Stopped Eating Pork So This Dish Has Sentimental Value In It For Me Okay The Gravy Is So Creamy & Full Of Veggies In Such A Balance, You Get Everything In Each Bite! The Biscuits Are Fluffy & Compliment The Creaminess Of The Gravy Lavishly! The Scrambler Is On The Whole Next Level Okay?! Being Someone Who Previously Wrote Off Tofu To The Trash After Trying It Twice Before, This Tofu Gave Me Exactly What I Miss About Scrambled Eggs -- T E X T U R E ! I Didn't Care For The "Taste" Of Them But The Texture Of Food Is Another Love Of Mine. Pair That With The Crunch Of The Well Seasoned Potatoes, Fresh Broccoli, Zucchini, Onions & The Perfectly Tossed Spinach...I Felt Heaven All These Dishes Were Complimented With The Iced Chai Tea Created By The Owner Of This Fine Establishment & The Chai Cleansed Our Palettes With Every Sip! This Was My Second Visit, I'm Excited For The Third

Biscuits and gravy. That is all you need to know! Big fluffy biscuits swimming in well seasoned gravy. My daughter and I stopped in after a visit to the farmer's market for coffee and shared a great breakfast. It was her first time eating in Broad Ripple and she is a fan. She got an iced coffee with almond milk which she really liked. Their coffee was local which I am a huge fan of. We will definitely make a return trip to try something else!
