Waited in the drive in area for 25 minutes for someone to help me so I could order a drink and a coney dog. Never got helped and they ate my whole lunch break up. When I drove by the front three of them were on their phones texting. And their drive through lane never moved the whole time I was there. They weren't helping anyone.

Rachelle took my order and it came out exactly how I asked! She was all smiles when she brought my food out too! I was so impressed I asked to speak to the manager Brian and you can tell that he takes pride in his employees! Ill be back for sure!

I went to this Sonic location last night for a late-night dinner with my pregnant sister, who was craving a decent burger. And let me tell you, I had an absolutely infuriating experience. When opening the box of her sandwich, it was upside down, which then led to this: The lettuce was disgusting and reeked of expiration on her sandwich. The hamburger was disintegrating into crumbles. The chili was ice-cold when served on our kids’ hot dog and tots. The French fries were tiny, hard pieces that looked like leftovers from the day. It took over 20 minutes to get our order. The drinks were watered down with barely any ice in either of our beverages. And it was overall a complete letdown. It seemed like the employees were more concerned about getting their own orders done and ready before closing time. I watched three employees leave with their own food, drinks, etc. I’ve been to this location countless times before and have never had a problem or experience like this. Because of this outrageous experience, I will be making the extra 20-minute drive to Plainfield if I ever crave Sonic again, which, after this, will probably be never again.

First time coming here, completely disgusted with the customer service. We place our order and it shows on the screen $16.55. The dude giving the order even said the total was $16.55, they charge my card. Just for them to come out and say they never charged the card. Then give us a different price than what was on the screen. The Manager on duty was so rude as soon as he came out. Walked away while I was talking and still charged my card the $16.55 that they said they didn't charge me. Food ended up being so disgusting and cold. First time and last time I will ever come here. Hot dog barely cooked, made my baby sick. Never again

Great service and great food. I went late at night and I ordered the popcorn chicken, fried dill pickles and a Reese's Sonic Blast. Everything was great and overall the service was great as well at the drive-in.

Red Bull slushies were good mozzarella sticks for good pickle fries were good little light on the pickle fried breading but still good
Food breakfast was trash, was hot but the egg taste off and the tater tots were so salty it was not even able to to eat either. To even the soda not tasting like the carbonation was not in it properly. Overly friendly though doesn’t make up for much for the food not being able to even eat for not just myself two others too.

We placed an order with DoorDash this morning. The driver was there promptly but noted the kitchen is always slow there every time he picks up food. Which was fine there was no rush. However, 50% of the food we ordered was Incorrect. We ordered 2 Super Sonic Burritos without Jalepenos. We got Jalepenos but there was no hashbrowns on it as advertised and the burritos were only 1/2 the size of what they should be at everybother Sonic ive been to in 3 states. The sodas and the coffee were all highly watered down with no carbonation for the sodas at all. Probably the worst Sonic we have ordered from. Highly dissapointed especially since I am allergic to jalapeños and had to discard the food.
