Hours incorrect. Lady literally sitting inside working but locked door early shaking her head at me saying nothing. Already was about to take a chance when I noticed quality of this place was going down. Thanks for confirmation, won't be back.

Walked in on a slow Saturday afternoon, and the woman behind the counter did not glance up or say hi/welcome in or anything. I asked about the “chicken velvet” soup because the description is pretty allusive, she rudely responds while still not looking up once. Super off putting vibe so I left. Can’t speak to the food, this review is purely off the initial interaction.

Ordered delivery from Soupremacy and the kale/parmesan soup with spicy sausage was incredible—easily one of the best soups I've ever had. Rich, flavorful, and super satisfying. I also ordered a panini and some extra bread, but unfortunately those didn’t make it, as they were closing soon and ran out. Bit of a letdown, but the soup was so good it still made the meal worth it. Would definitely order again (just earlier next time!)

I tried to go two days in a row both in their open times that are posted outside and online.
Both times shop has been closed.

Ordered some chicken noodle soup (16 oz), I seriously got a literal 5 noodles in my soup. The quality is pretty meh, nothing worth $10 for 10oz of just straight up broth only. Do not recommend at these prices.

For one thing they ran out of bread fir dipping in soup, they had run out of water and when asked if I could have a painini without anything on it, that I would pay for a whole painini but all I want the bread. This was a take out order. When I got home mine the clerk charged me for a panini but gave me one pita bread. Worse place ever.

Lady at the front wasn’t really trying to help since I placed an online order without making an account and gave her my name in hopes she’d find it and no luck, made an account to have name appear, no luck, kept insisting about my name and finally, she gave the food but the order was incomplete. Contacted ChowNow and they mention restaurant is in charge of refunds, called 4x with no response. Kind of upset that I’ll have to drive 25 mins just for what was missing. Guess it was my fault for trusting order was complete. Ggs

Staff member didn't have any idea what was going on. No allergy training, and we realized when we got home that she forgot one of the soups. There was no one else in the restaurant, so I have no idea how that happened.

This is my favorite place to eat lunch. They have the most delicious soups and salads and a ton of options to choose from. The staff is so friendly and kind and they always brighten my day when I come in. I would recommend this place to anyone. They’ve got great vegetarian options and some vegan options too.

Myself and four coworkers went to lunch here while at a conference. We were skeptical of restaurant after recent reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was welcoming and polite. Service was fast and cheapest meal we had while in town. Shop is cute, but small. Only 9 seats. We tried chicken tortilla, chicken noodle, lobster bisque, tomato and gumbo. All were great! They even have soup flights. I would recommend. Hit the spot on a cold windy day.

We ordered a bowl of Chicken Velvet and Lobster Bisque Soup. The taste and consistency were okay, but the Chicken Velvet Soup was disappointing—there were only one or two pieces of chicken in the entire bowl, which felt underwhelming for a $10 soup.

The older lady at the cashier was rude and seemed uninterested in helping. My husband thought he had ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, so I went back to check, only to find that we had actually ordered grilled chicken. I apologized for the misunderstanding and left, but as I walked away, she began mumbling and complaining about me, which was unnecessary and unprofessional.

Overall, the experience was underwhelming, both in terms of food and service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
