We ordered a bowl of Chicken Velvet and Lobster Bisque Soup. The taste and consistency were okay, but the Chicken Velvet Soup was disappointing—there were only one or two pieces of chicken in the entire bowl, which felt underwhelming for a $10 soup.
The older lady at the cashier was rude and seemed uninterested in helping. My husband thought he had ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, so I went back to check, only to find that we had actually ordered grilled chicken. I apologized for the misunderstanding and left, but as I walked away, she began mumbling and complaining about me, which was unnecessary and unprofessional.
Overall, the experience was underwhelming, both in terms of food and service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Rude service. Average soup. The only time I was physically in the place, I waited 10 minutes while the employee helped the only other customer there. She never said a single word to me. Appropriate things to say - hello, be with you in a minute, thanks for your patience - NOTHING! I've heard same complaints about being rude from friends who ordered for pickup. I love soup more than any other food. I will never buy soup from this establishment. It's obvious, love isn't an ingredient they use. The energy of the cook goes right into whatever they make.
The chicken velvet was excellent, and the guy working there was awesome. A souper (see what I did there 😉) great experience for a smalltown girl who is usually freaked out by the big city.

Stopped in for a quick lunch during a work day and thoroughly enjoyed it! It's a small cozy little place; there is seating but it's minimal, however their music choices were great and gave the entire shop a homey vibe that I could easily sit in for a couple hours doing some work and eating a sandwich and some soup.
I got the NYC Pastrami sandwich (half order) and a cup of their Italian Kale Parmesan soup. I will admit, I thought the portions for the price were not equal, it cost me a little over $20 after tip, and the sandwich was quite small even for a half. It was a good portion size for a lunch, but a bit steep for half a sandwich and a cup of soup.
Service was good, I'd say a little slow paced considering I was the only person when I went in, but I also went in before the lunch rush, so I was not too worried about it, I was still in and out in less than 15 minutes which is far and away faster than any other places on the circle. But if they were to be extremely busy, I could see the wait times getting backed up quite a bit.

Enjoyed our visit to the little soup kitchen when we were in town Sunday.
It was fun to support this small
business who have mastered delicious soups. We had the classic chicken noodle, chili add the buffalo chicken ( my favorite).
it was a pleasant surprise to see them open on a Sunday.
if you’re looking for a bowl of soup, check this place out. We weren’t sure what to expect and we were delighted. Delicious!

$10+ for a bowl of soup (albeit good soup) is crazy work. Def recommend the chicken velvet if you have money to burn though.
