I was doing Door Dash and the representative at the counter was responsive and had the order ready for pick up when I walked into the store. She was friendly but declined to have her photo added to this review...she is the epitome of a excellent service provider.

Went in since drive thru was long and about to Washington Street line was way faster as they were making for drive thru more than inside took 17 minutes for my drink and another 4 for my sandwich. Drive thru probably went through within 10 minutes or less.

Every morning, I go to the Irvington Starbucks. Every morning, I am met with unfriendliness and leave feeling like a burden. This is not the Starbucks culture I am used to. Going forward, I will boycott this Starbucks and go to Cherry Tree, where they know how to treat people.

Let’s start off with when you get walk in with awkward silence like no one is happy to be there. Then the next part might be partially my fault of not purchasing something and using the bathroom, but the part that bothered me was it was for my kid and still no remorse. This is what the lady behind the counter said to me ( it doesn’t matter how hard you push it won’t open ) . I couldn’t tell by the keypad on the door ?. Very disappointing Starbucks do better !!!!

I ordered a salted carmel cold brew and got a cold watery coffee with no ice, and no label. I mean who orders that??

This is my favorite Starbucks because it has really good hot and juicy feta egg white sandwich. I know it sounds weird and if you don’t go to the right Starbucks, it’s not as good because they’re usually not hot enough to melt the cheeses. Early in the morning, they’re open and if they have a line they go through it pretty fast. They are really nice and make great coffees too. I figured out it cost about the same as McDonald’s and tastes a lot better. I get the mocha everywhere. I go when I get a coffee drink and this one actually doesn’t taste like hot milk, but a delicious coffee and chocolate mixture.
I was there this morning and ordered a cinnamon Dolce in Venti size. Received Alicia mobile order that was called a London Fog. It was actually Tea.😝. So not only did they mess my order up but someone else as well. Pay more attention!! I wasn’t thrilled with the tea. My only treat for the week and it was ruined. ☹️ Terri C

I have a caffeine allergy and wanted a caramel frappe from McDonald’s but they can’t make it Decaf! Went into this Starbucks and they made my Decaf Frappe no problem! Wasn’t near as tasty or sweet as McDonald’s’ but it was decent and service was awesome and friendly! I will add the price was over $7 which is extremely too much for a venti/med. drink in my opinion! Sorry for run-ons! Im rushing! 😊

Stood at the register for five minutes and not a single one of the four employees acknowledged me.
One employee, rather than acknowledge me, took out the trash, walking past me in the process of doing so. Still couldn't be bothered to greet me.
I don't know what I expected. Garbage people.

I had to get my coffee remade three times and it still wasn’t right and I just gave up after that because if it wasn’t the size that was wrong it was the wrong drink or the wrong ingredients.
