I always go to this Starbucks and usually place an online order . This morning I did just that and when I went to pick up my order it was made the wrong size . So I told the cashier and she apologized and asked the batista to remake it . She just poured my grande drink into a venti, added more ice and milk and sat it on the counter . The 3 employees just sat there and talked for a while before even trying to give me my drink back . I just thought it was all rude and very unprofessional....
This Starbucks location holds more of a nostalgic vibe for me than pure convenience. The service can be a bit trickier here since it’s typically nonstop busy. I avoid the drive-thru because it’s not well placed, and the line tends to move pretty slowly, so I never opt for that.

I love my Irvington Starbucks!! I love the personalized level of great customer service from most all the employees!! I love their Iced blonde espresso!! Great quality!! Fast service!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
