Really just gone down terribly in quality and accuracy, if the drinks are made correctly they’re fine but 3/5 of the last coffees I ordered were made with oat milk when I asked for regular 2% which is kind of annoying

Me and my friend came here today and was greeted very nice. The baristas are very kind and welcoming. I very much appreciate all of the skilled workers

Picked up drinks and food a couple weeks ago. One of the drinks was made incorrect and was hot instead of iced. I told the barista and it wasn’t a big deal or anything to me. She had serious attitude and was rude. I’m sure it happens all the time but poor way to act from her. I used to go here a lot living near by, but will not anymore and will recommend others don’t as well.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! They are always quick with their orders, even when it’s busy. Even though there isn’t a drive thru, it’s convenient with the back parking and in a great location. The service is also excellent.

Parking: There is a free parking lot in the back which is really convenient!

Went in at 8:20 they said they close at eight but really they were open. They just didn't want to help me because they were only open another 10 minutes

I was just at this Starbucks @ 10:15am.I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order and was completely ignored. In fact staff walked past me and looked me in the face and did not ask if I needed help. four staff members were behind the counter.They were all young Caucasian and I am a African American female so I do not know, if this was the reason for me being ignored. I pray to God that it was not the reason. After waiting for about three minutes of not being acknowledged, I left the store quietly with dignity and grace.A horrible experience at a company that I patronize a daily.
