The employees here make me feel uncomfortable and like making any adjustments to the drinks is the worst thing I could possibly request, even though we all know this is a feature of Starbucks everyone loves. Most recently a male employee with a bandana loudly made it seem like I was trying to get a venti coffee because I asked for a venti cup for my grande coffee. Obviously you don’t get more coffee doing that, I do it because I love the extra milk with the amount of coffee in a grande and he deliberately didn’t add it because he thought I was just trying to get a venti. He was making it a big deal, everyone could hear and even though he made made it wrong I left and ordered it somewhere else that made it correctly without me even saying anything (like usual).

I'm getting really tired of ordering something and then having to turn around after I've left the store and drive all the way back to get a new drink. Can you please work on your Baristas and their knowledge of the recipes please. I ordered a peppermint mocha today I got 2 mi away took a drink of my drink and there was no Peppermint in it. Thank you have a nice day

After 10 years of coming every day we stopped coming here a year ago due to poor quality, poor service, and filthy conditions. Unfortunately, nothing has changed, not even the excuses.Today, After a 35 minute wait, we joined the long line of customers requesting refunds and went somewhere else.See the pics and judge for yourself. It’s time for our community to demand better from this location.Come on Starbucks! Do better!

If you are in a hurry or value consistency, choose a different location. I have been a regular customer of this location for more than 10 years. The new staff makes no effort to get to know their regular customers and it is common to wait 15-30 minutes to receive my order. I have witnessed the staff display rude and hostile behavior towards customers, including a customer’s food items being thrown at them because they asked what the delay was. When/if you receive your order it won’t taste good-the talent of the baristas in this location varies widely. The outdoor area is always filthy and the indoor trash cans are always overflowing. I’m not sure what has happened to this location, but it has done nothing but decline over the last year. I’ve lost all confidence in this location and now only visit here when meeting friends. So disappointing!

Yesterday I got the single worst latte I've ever ordered. I'm not sure if it was inattention or lack of training but the coffee tasted like a weak tea with a watery soy. Will think twice about ordering there again.I didn't taste it until I had driven away from the shop. On a balance, the gal who took my order was very professional and communicative.

The people are great, but man has this company strayed so far away from their original concept. Starbucks has lost its heart and soul. Their coffee is meh and their food is airport grade at best. Skip this chain and checkout a locally owned establishment like the Chalet or Illinois Street Food Emporium right across the street.
