Slowest Starbucks of all time. No sense of urgency from the staff at all. It would not be unusual to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes or more.

We came here for the first time. It was 2:30 and there was no cleanliness and the food is also not good and very few people come here. So, I give this place zero stars.

I walked in and asked about my order to which he told me he was bagging it up now. I watched him bag it and then I watched him leave it as he moved on to other orders. I stood there patiently waiting for over 10 minutes because i could see he was busy but orders were building up. When I finally asked if they knew how much longer it would be, the manager was rude with a smart aleck tone and explained they were busy. I could clearly see they were busy which is why I patiently waited for over 10 min after watching him bag the whole order I stead of just handing it me. Rather than getting smart and rude, you should have just asked for the name then you would have noticed the bag was sitting there fully ready for no reason while I patiently waited for over 10 minutes. The manager could have also been helping the other two employees make the products and pass them out as well rather than walk around telling the other employee how to do his job.

Disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the drive-thru lane is not designed with larger vehicles in mind. As a truck owner, I found it extremely difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, the inconvenience and long wait times have led me to decide not to return to this location.
