staff are friendly and coffee/food to be expected for Starbucks. but definitely the SLOWEST one I've been to in the city. pretty consistently.
and sometimes they're super busy, but often I walk in when they not busy and still wait. like today - ordered in store, then waited 17 minutes for my latte, when there were only two drinks ahead of me and one person came through the drive through in that time. there were 5 staff members behind the counter. 🤷‍♀️ wasn't angry, but was a good example of how slowly this branch tends to move. would suggest a different location if you're in a hurry. otherwise, it's nice!

So earlier in the day I ordered a mobile app at East Washington cherry tree but I wasn't able to pick it up. They told me that I could go pick it up at another store near where I live which is on shadeland and I tell you what. When I was helped Jonathan didn't ask. No question. He just said what size was it and what kind of coffee was it? He made it with no hesitation. Big UPS to this store. They get five stars out the gate

It's Starbucks for crying out loud!! But, there is one employee who truly embodies the Starbucks vision, Roberto. This store would not be the same without him. Friendly, courteous, intelligent, industrious. I could go on but, then I'd sound like a weirdo. He is 5 stars!!! Good job.

Best employed starbucks! If your a regular they will start to learn you and your order, they have always been super kind and friendly and always starts up a conversation when kitchen is busy and drinks are taking a bit longer!

Terrible experience today mobile order for Trey around 3:30 waited 20 min in store and they remade it 3 times . Still came out wrong and u did not have the balls to ask for a refund or another remake . They need help and re training ! Not one drop of vanilla or ice and it's warm ! So unhappy and I get this every morning never had an issue .

Never does my coffe right like most other Starbucks location i always pay for extra pump of frap roast but still ends up tasting just like milk mixed with ice everytime i let them know they seemed to get an attitude that’s why im no longer buying at this location because i keep having the same issue only at this location

Always something wrong, today my breakfast burrito was hard toasted and a complete mess. Coffee only had half a cup filled. I had the same treatment at Dunkin's. 15 dollars down the drain.

Called to tell them they messed up my coffee they refused to do anything about it one girl told me she was the manger than admitted she lied and refused to let me speak to a manager then hung up when I called back they all thought it was a joke and continue to not let me speak to a manager I paid 14 for n coffee to be wrong
