The best Starbucks I've experienced, period. Drinks are perfect 95% of the time, staff is super friendly and professional.
There's been a wait here lately, but one top employee was recruited into finance &, also, there's a strike- the baristas who can are protesting for a living wage, so this (& many) Sbux have been short staffed. Pay these folks $20/hr!!

Puh Duh

This place was my go to for matcha But for some reason the effort of them making matcha has declined. I dont know if it was because they got new baristas or something.
I kept going back for weeks expecting improvement but got disappointed everytime.

Service was fast and i see why.

Don’t come in thinking you will get quicker service for some reason it takes longer im always waiting 10-20 min on one drink when I come in for quicker service I will be calling cooperate after this morning I’m over it this has happened more than a hand full of times and I always tip !

Breakfast sandwiches are often cold in the middle/taken out of the oven too early. Had to stop going to this location. I have called back before about it and the manager is kind but I'm tired of biting into half cooked frozen sandwiches

So I ordered through my Starbucks app to have it delivered and I’ve not been getting my points for it. My reward stars so I called them. They say it’s an it has to do with DoorDash so I called DoorDash DoorDash says it has to do with Starbucks so I called Starbucks back and the lady on the phone are used with me and says it shows you’re getting your points OK I don’t care what your computer showsI know for a fact I’m not getting them. I’ve ordered five times in the past week and guess what my points are still at 1:40 i’m not about to keep arguing with them just know that either your employees are taking the points or they’re just straight ripping people off from their rewards that they earn that they should get with this expensive as it is I mean it’s good coffee I love it. I have to have one or two a day but still, I deserve my rewards points for being a loyal customer and it’s ridiculous to argue with the customer and treat them rudely when They know for a fact, they’re not getting their reward points. They can see it on their account.

I always try and give this location numerous chances because it’s conveniently located towards my work place & every time I regret it ! If you’re not purchasing a hot bakery item I’d RUN ! I think the management have some type of policy where the barista use more ice in the frappes than the products. No taste nor flavor just ice and whipped cream ! Spend wayyyy to much money on 1drink to be shortcutted !

This is my second day working at this Starbucks, and I have had a nice experience in general. What made me leave a review was that the staff comported themselves with such patience, kindness, and respect when dealing with an autistic customer. I was very impressed by all interactions they had with this very atypical customer. The barista even comp-ed his frappucino when he didn’t have enough money for his whole order rather than telling the customer that he would need to remove something from the order. Excellent “Respect for People!”

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible table by the door and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk.
