It was horrible to pay over $5 for a really small cup of so-called mocha Frappuccino that was way too dark in color because it was mostly syrup and tasted like chopped up ice and Hershey's chocolate, virtually no coffee taste whatsoever, incorrectly mixed, the texture and taste was disgusting. Like trying to drink some sort of dark chocolate snow cone through a straw.

I find the experience I just had in this store incredible. I just asked the worker if he spoke Spanish and felt offended. I ordered what he had regularly consumed at the restaurant for years and not only did he not understand me but he was charging me additional money. I asked for my bill and he replied that they didn't have paper to look it up on my phone. How to describe an experience like this well? and then they want or give you the option to give a tip…. This Starbucks regularly gets my order wrong and they did today again. I just order a venti iced vanilla coffee with extra cream and they never have hardly any cream in it. It’s weird. Only Starbucks I have this issue at.
