the speedway Starbucks was my go-to store and I always order the same thing the same way and I'm through there probably for times a week or more the new barista cool and when I am already paid for my drink and over tipped; she said and I quote Lily wants to talk to you say hi before you go. " and I get my drink and it's not what I ordered and Lily hangs out the window and proceeds to tell me this is how you need to order this I was like okay if that's the way you want me to order...read full review
If you are going to close your store early or the entire store walk out..maybe shut your lights off or post a notice on the drive thru order board? The drive thru was backed up and we were stuck in a line for almost 30 min before being ghosted at the speaker.
