Food poisoning. On thanksgiving. It's the only thing I've had in two days that my husband didn't. He isn't sick, but I am. Started immediately after I drank it, within an hour or two. Disgraceful.

Coffee-drive thru-fast, not cheap

Did not make the chai as ordered on the app.

Requested whole milk, no water, extra hot, cinnamon, light foam.

What I got was no foam, colder than regular, watery, 2% milk, no cinnamon.

This location is terrible, they weren't even busy to justify getting my order wrong.

Employees with a nasty attitudes kept the latest drop of the bearbaristas . Me and a guy were waiting for almost 3 hours . We literally saw them out put them in the back . So ashamed of them . I will call corporate for this !

PLEASE stop letting the man with the longhair and tats work drive thru, whoever he is on Sunday’s let’s not. Not only can he not listen to orders and isn’t friendly but he has open WOUNDS serving FOOD. Scabs on his arm! That is gross. No name tag on and his armpits OUT! No thank you!

The drinks taste bad like it's made with old coffee you almost need to taste it before you drive off anyway my last visit cuz I'm tired of dumping out almost 7$ drinks that they ask for a tip on before it's even made, I mean how do I know if I want to tip until I've had the good service it's their job to give me the coffee that I ordered at the drive-thru and then when they give it to me and it's not right and tastes bad but I had tipped in advance then what do I do, waste more gas and time to go back trying to call a manager doesn't work because they do not answer the phone

I went to this location one morning after I got off on my night shift. I went to the drive-thru and I was trying to get my order and tell them on my Starbucks app. I had got what they call a secret menu item and I was just trying to explain it to him and there was a gentleman who was rude to me at first told me we don't have it. I was trying to explain to him. I got the message on my Starbucks app from the company on here. I'm a gold starve member and then another girl takes over and says what size, what size over and over to me and she's rude. Wouldn't you let me get out and read to them what it is? It's in the drink. They upset me so bad that I told them flat out. They made me so upset that I couldn't even place my order. Now that and you want no coffee or anything to drink from them that this location had the most poorest attitude I have ever gotten from any Starbucks and left. Then I did a review complaint thing on the Starbucks app to the company. They send me an email with a number for the case and then a phone number to call to speak to somebody about it. I speak to somebody they said they turned over to the district manager. That should contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Few days go by nobody gets back with me. I call back again the same number with the case number again they said yes. We see that nobody has contact you. We'll reach out and tell them that they need to get reach you and we apologize for their inconvenience. Inconvenience is not even the word that describes your behavior. They never reach back to me and this is so disrespectful. I do not wish for anybody to go to that location in speedway and if you call customer service you probably will not get any help from their district manager at all. The district manager is just as bad if they can't acknowledge the wrongs that their employees commit and make right with their customers. What kind of company are you guys running?

The manager was so rude to me. I asked for my drinks because they were sitting at the drive through window. She handed me the wrong things/missed a drink and I tried to explain. She yelled out “can somebody help this *Lili* “ and she was very rude about it. She also tried to shove what wasn’t mine into my hands, and would not let me speak. The employee that ended yo helping me also was not that helpful. He just kept asking me my name and I was like um she just yelled it to everyone? I called the store after I left because I didn’t want make a scene. Turns out I was speaking with the same lady. I told her she ruined my day. She was the first face I saw that morning and had brought me to tears. She did not apologize and did not reveal it was her until the end of the call. She offered “next drink on us” and it never came. Bogus. I reached out to customer service and never heard back. I live right down the road and I will not be going to this Starbucks, or any Starbucks again. The drinks are never stirred or made with care, specifically at this Starbucks.

I always try to order my drinks with extra drizzle because I know this Starbucks never puts drizzle in their drinks. The frappes always taste like ice and sugar. I never like coming to this location but it's the closest one to where I live and it always disappoints me.

Coffee was terrible the flavor of the vanilla latte has changed. It’s tastes like cheap coffee creamer. It’s sad how Starbucks’s coffee has become just another poor quality coffee.

This place was the most amazing Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time. The woman gave me my money back for my drink because none of my E gift cards are working and then gave me half price on my straw toppers because I’ve been trying to collect them for my daughters for Christmas. All they want is the star one unfortunately I haven’t got it yet, but I’ve got multiples of every other one like 3 to 4 of every every other straw topper that’s in the collection so I’m hoping to find more.

Parking: Free parking lot valet parking just like everywhere you go a little busier than normal because the holidays.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, as is almost every place now!
