I just drove my wife to work, and decided I would treat her a coffee and sandwich. The lady taking my order had an attitude. Didn't make either drink correctly and the pre made sandwich tasked funny. I don't usually go to Starbucks way to expensive. Over $20 for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. For it all to be awful. Never again, especially that location.

Located w/in the Hyatt, this Starbucks is a quick few minutes jaunt from the Convention Center, through the connected skywalk. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee - the pleasant huge hotel lobby is available. Quick service, pleasant staff.

Beware ordering any sandwiches with the mobile app. This location ALWAYS props the mobile food order packages up on their edge, which means you're going to get a falling apart sandwich with cheese stuck everywhere inside the bag. I'm tired of having to ask them to remake my sandwich because I can't get it out of the bag. Sometimes they'll remake it, but more often they just try to 'fix' it in the bag which doesn't actually fix anything. Go to a different Starbucks that actually cares if you get properly presented food. There's plenty in the area.
My drink is always a hit or miss here but that’s not my biggest issue. The owner of this location intentionally turns off the option for mobile ordering when there are coupon days. So you can never enjoy your 1/2 off or buy one get one days. When you try to order it will says it’s unavailable or out of stock but once you come into the store you can order it and they will say that they don’t accept coupons. How are you accepting stars, allowing you to pay with the app in store, but do not honor their coupons? The owner is just looking to cut corners anyway possible.

They gave me only ice. I bought ice.reply:I don't think so. I told the staff again yesterday that the quantity was too small and there was only too much ice. But, the employee said that's what the drink was supposed to be like. And he told me to ask for less ice at next time. He didn't say he/she will remake it.

I visited this starbucks 6 days in a row while in town for a convention.Every single day something was forgotten from my order which I had to ask for again.Coffee and service was good, but the staff here talk and socialise way too much.
