They gave me only ice. I bought ice.reply:I don't think so. I told the staff again yesterday that the quantity was too small and there was only too much ice. But, the employee said that's what the drink was supposed to be like. And he told me to ask for less ice at next time. He didn't say he/she will remake it.

I visited this starbucks 6 days in a row while in town for a convention.Every single day something was forgotten from my order which I had to ask for again.Coffee and service was good, but the staff here talk and socialise way too much.

I drink this brand regularly. This cup of joe tasted diluted. Wish I would have sipped before I walked away or would have requested a refund. Very salty about this.

Just a hotel Starbucks. But there was such a short wait and the service was fantastic! The ladies were handling things like old pros!
Worst Starbucks in the city imo. Staff is always actually really nice. Drinks are usually not so nice. Due to the nature of it being in a busy downtown location inside an office building, occasional huge lines cause troubles with most of my orders which are usually just tea and pastry. Only go here if you need your caffeine fix and you should still tip well because they are understaffed.

Couldn't disagree more with the negative reviews !This is by far the best customer service I've ever had at a Starbucks. When I went, there were 3 amazing Filipinos working there. They gave great customer service , my two orders came out super quickly, and they really made me feel like they appreciated my business. Came here in the morning , around 930, 6/20/23

I ordered a cold brew and asked for no ice and they ended up loading my drink up with ice. When i mentioned it was supposed to have no ice they simply took out the ice that was in my drink and handed me my drink back that was now only half filled.

This is the most EFFICIENT Starbucks I have ever been to. They are so friendly, and when I visited it was mayhem. They had a volleyball convention and all the pilots trying to get out at 6 am. They worked like a well oiled machine. The drinks were perfectly made and no one looked frazzled or irritated. SUPERB!Vegetarian options: Yes many optionsKid-friendliness: Fun drinks for the kidsWheelchair accessibility: All one level no stairs
