This is my local Starbucks that I frequent 12-13 times a month. I like to grab a drink on the way to the grocery store or before shopping on Saturdays. I tip these folks too. Today I decided that I will no longer be purchasing anything from this location because of the power tripping manager. I asked for just a water today and was told I had to purchase something, so I said I will pay for the water. I was refused and told that it couldn’t be rung in. I asked again to please just sell me a water since I’m thirsty and now stuck in the drive thru and I was told no. So I had to wait to leave without anything. I am not a difficult person, and I’m sure they come across a lot of crappy people but today this Starbucks (particularly that manager) was a jerk. Purple hair. Speaks volumes.
Don’t know they closed at 7pm on Tuesday they just looked at me through the locked doors.
River the manager has Horrible customer service skills and they make a terrible cup of coffee. I ordered an app to pick up in the drive.Through and my order was incorrect.I went back through the drive through.They made it again.It was still incorrect and when I went inside.I was refused service and River called the police Other than to just make my order correctly.
Amanda is treated me poorly as well.
Avoid this location if at all possible.Because even though it's starbucks they can't seem to make a decent cup of coffee.
They are pouring from the pot while it's still brewing and thus late.It makes for a very bitter cup of coffee.
I order through the app to pick up my order through the drive way. They’re very kind and have quick service !
I've never had a good experience at this location. The staff member that I had the pleasure of getting my order was not having a good day and they didn't do much in way of not letting the customer know this either. I know that its tough sometimes but you work in the customer service industry and you have to always keep your personal life issues outside of work. Otherwise you're not giving good customer service when a customer gets a feeling like they're putting you out to do your job by taking their order.
Very hit and miss. More of the misses lately. They really need to either upgrade the drive thru equipment or get someone that has better hearing.
Bought a bag of espresso from this Starbucks but never received a receipt. When I got home, I weighed the coffee, and it was over half a pound short. It was frustrating, but I figured I’d use it anyway. Then, when I went to make a cup, the grind was so fine it kept clogging my machine. Took it back to exchange for a coarser grind, but they refused to even acknowledge me without an itemized receipt—something I never received in the first place. I showed them the pending transaction in my bank account with their store number. This was the final straw with starbucks.
Take your business to a local coffee shop.

We went through the drive through. My husband wanted a half decaf half regular coffee. The person taking our order went into a complicated explanation about not having decaf beans. This confused my husband. She became quite rude with him. At the window my husband apologized and very kindly said he wasn’t trying to be rude he just didn’t understand all the fancy coffee lingo. Her response was “I don’t care. I get off in thirty minutes. I literally don’t care!” She was very rude.
