We went through the drive through. My husband wanted a half decaf half regular coffee. The person taking our order went into a complicated explanation about not having decaf beans. This confused my husband. She became quite rude with him. At the window my husband apologized and very kindly said he wasn’t trying to be rude he just didn’t understand all the fancy coffee lingo. Her response was “I don’t care. I get off in thirty minutes. I literally don’t care!” She was very rude.

I mobile order here most weeks and I ordered my drink like normal and it had black crumble on top. I ordered sugar cookies crumble so I was asking why there is black stuff in my drink and what it was. I showed my order with the picture and the barista proceeded to tell me it wrong and I need to be educated. I just wanted to know what was on it and if it was safe to drink. Here’s photos vs what’s on the app that I ordered. I’ve never had a problem at this location before so it was surprising.
Very poor experience. Very rude. I would not recommend it! Go to the one in speedway they have way better customer service and just a better atmosphere all around, including friendly faces.

This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Only go here if you have a lot of spare time without anywhere to be. Always give them at least 3x longer than the app suggests for mobile orders or you will be waiting and you will be late to wherever you are trying to go.
