Nothing against this specific location since I'm sure they all provide the same food, but I'd rather eat a breakfast sandwich from a Speedway gas station than to have one from Starbucks ever again. Something about the sausage, egg, and cheese just tasted funky. The Chai latte was good though so they still have that going for them.

I went to order for me, my sister and my cousin, and my sister wanted this specific drink, so she gives me her phone to show the barista, so I do just that and the girl upfront literally rolls her eyes and sighs then tells me to read it to her.. not to mention she was wearing glasses and I zoomed in on the drink. 💀😗 I read the order and she still gets it wrong, at least she got the other two right…

I ordered a specific drink that I've ordered at a different location many times but for some reason this location would not honor my specific request. Who I'm assuming is the manager went on to tell me that they cannot make my drink my way and any other location doing it is going against policy. This person then claimed she would go ahead and make the drink for me just this one time but actually she just filled my cup with extra ice and stirred it so I couldn't tell. I really don't understand the attitude about certain drink hacks or specific drink orders. If you don't like your job......
made me wait 25 minutes for the worst strawberry acai lemonade i’ve ever had. it tasted like the drink had been sitting out for an hour. it tasted sooo watered down, like it was water with a strawberry waved around it for a few seconds?? how do you even manage that helloo?? the strawberries were also super soggy to the point where the seeds had completely polluted the drink. it was seriously like seeds with a side of strawberry lemonade. i actually had to dump out the drink bc it was so awful, can’t believe i spent real money on that bs

since moving here i’ve been going to this starbs location almost everyday and there’s not a single negative thing i could say about this team!! they go above and beyond, their teamwork i witness is incredible and the ladies truly make the atmosphere so welcoming and friendly. i’m from tennessee so ive been to many different locations, and this by far is my favorite. they even greet me using my name because they care to know their customers.

The girl at the window rolled her eyes and sighed when I asked her nicely to please run my grandmothers card for her since my grandma couldn’t reach the card reader (she just had major surgery recently and is on a cane)…she didn’t say anything for a few seconds and just stood there so my grandma just unbuckled and struggled to reach and pay. We usually love coming here but that threw us way off. Kept our tip after that encounter and will be taking our business to Avon locations
