very bad customer service, I ordered a Venti size drink and they gave me a grande one and when I told the Barista that they gave me the wrong size she just grabbed it and poured it into a venti size cup but with the same amount of the grande and the cup was left literally half. So I paid for a venti drink and got a grande one ?

Their attitude was awful. Granted, my drink has a few modifications, but they were so rude about it. They had given me the wrong drinks for me & my friend, and I politely took it inside & asked for it to be remade, and the barista remakes it, then rolls her eyes as she sets it down and says, “Can you taste them and make sure they were right?” I told her they look fine but I’m not gonna taste my friends drink, and again she rolled her eyes & turned away. I had even tipped them extra for the inconvenience of the drinks prior to this interaction.

My wife ordered on the app. The app tells us our order would be ready in 10 minutes so when we get there the drinks weren't ready. We waited another 10 minutes when we asked the barista/lady she said they would work on it. Proceed to only work on their drive thru lane and made us wait another 10 minutes so when they gave us our drinks they were both wrong. I told the barista/lady that they were messed up and immediately gets a attitude about what I told her. She makes it it right after 30 minutes of waiting but I would highly recommend not going to this Starbucks because they are garbage employees.

Walked in and waited in line to be helped but young lady at register decided to have a full blown conversation with an older guy in front of me for several of minutes ,she even made eye contact with me and then Went back to ignoring me. It took another young gentleman , who was already running back and forth like crazy serving drive thru, to come help me and thankfully he helped clarify a few things on the mobile app that I had questions about. Thanks to the young man at the end of the day but no thanks to blond young lady at the front register.
