I Don't support Starbucks. I didn't hate it. I just NEVER go there. There is nothing there worth my hard-earned dollar. I actually PREFER Dunkin' Donuts coffee.

Came in and no one was there. Someone shouted across the store âSHES ON BREAK.â Unprofessional. Just go to a real Starbucks lol
I hope this reaches the sweet lady who did my mobile order! I was waiting for my order when a male Karen, Iâll call him Keith, was upset about the sign that said âBack in 15!â and asked how long Iâd been waiting and I guess he didnât like my reply of âjust a few minutes, I have a mobile orderâ. He huffed, and puffed and did what Karens do, but I just resumed my music and waited.When the worker returned, it was obvious they were just beginning their shift as they quickly put on their apron. I waited in the mobile order section, and he said something rudely to me and thatâs when I told him that Iâm not his problem and he shouldnât take that tone with me. Iâm kinda sad because now I realize I think the barista thinks I was upset at her and thatâs not the case. The barista made a really amazing iced shaken espresso

Kim is incredibly rude to customers. The frappe machine is always âdownâ. In the morning she is so hateful when working. Canât wait for the 96th Starbucks to open back up so I donât have to come here

Hours say till 9. Went to go get coffee at 5-6 pm and they said âoh sorry we are already closed.â No other hours posted anywhere when we got there. Very frustrating. Why is this ok?
