I didn’t get food so that’s why I left it blank. I came to this starbuck’s for the first time since November to get a coffee. The crew, Benjamin and I didn’t get the girl’s name, were super awesome! I got the iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso. It’s way better that I thought it would be. I knew that I would like it because I love horchata, but I don’t drink it often as I’m lactose intolerant. I was happy to see that there’s a dairy free option that I can enjoy even though espresso makes me bounce like Tigger. Thanks again guys!

Idk, I just dont think it should take almost 25 minutes to warm up a chocolate croissant for a mobile order. I was there between 230 and 3p on 06/08/25 and the girl who I'm assuming was supposed to be responsible for the food either didnt know how to do her job or did not care to. Im betting on the second but I'll give her a bit of grace as I didnt ever interact with her.
It doesnt matter what the reason was, I spent my whole 15min break, and then some, waiting.
The girl who ended up getting me my order was very apologetic and seemed almost as frustrated as me, but she also didnt seem to notice me standing at her counter, waiting after I got my drink, until I said something.
All in all it just felt like really poor service in a mall that has plenty of more customer friendly options. I think next time I'll go to the little kiosk near Swarovski instead.

We ordered a beverage specifically with non-dairy ingredients as they were available on the phone menu. There was real milk inside our beverage and as we pointed that fact out, they made us feel very uncomfortable about that fact, almost like niothing bad had happened. We pointed out that if somebody orders specific ingredients, there must be reasons for ordering those specific ingredients and still, they were staring at us and offering no solutions until we demanded that we speak to a manager who admitted they he had prepared the beverage itself with real milk. We had to ask for a refund or the beverage to be remade, noone offered any of those or other options. It was really a horrible experience. What about allergies? Are they aware that some people might have severe allergies to certain products? What about customer service? We will never return to this Starbucks location.

Tramamerina girl great stared at me and acted like she had no social skills. Literally barely spoke nobody was in there and I had to ask if she was done and I could pay. It was weird.

No stars. Should always read the reviews first.
If I was a secret shopper, 4 people would be fired.
We waited 30 minutes, while waiting I watched their skill at drink making.. so MESSY it turned my stomach.
There was 5 people still on their screen, I just couldn’t take it any longer.
I threw my receipt in the trash and left. Best $16 I ever spent. I’m done with all Starbucks after this horrible experience 😏

This place is unbelievably slow. It took over 20 minutes to get my drink and employees were just standing around. They were all moving at a snails pace.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. I was double charged and ended up waiting two hours for just three drinks. The worker who handled our order was incredibly rude and careless. She lied to us, claiming other customers might have taken our drinks, and then admitted she had never even made the drink before. Her attitude showed a complete lack of professionalism or care. The whole ordeal was frustrating and unacceptable. Definitely not coming back to this location.

At this location it is hit and miss when it comes to friendliness and cleanliness yes this is a busy location but lacks personality, professionalism, and courtesy. I order from this location from time to time but there are always people out front lurking around making it uncomfortable
