Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. I ordered two of the same drinks, but only one was handled properly. One was placed at the drive-through and the other at the counter, with no name taken for my order. After waiting about 10 minutes, I finally received the first drink. When I asked about the second, I was told it was “being made,” even though I had clearly seen it sitting at the drive-through. A few minutes later, that same drink was handed to me. When I pointed out that it had been sitting there the entire time, the employee insisted it had not—essentially lying to my face.This was the tall thick haired, dark skinned black woman that lied to my face.

This kind of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable. Nasty service, nasty work. I won’t be back, and I hope management takes a serious look at the ethics and service standards at this location. 👎🏿

When my mom was in the hospital down the street from here, I'd come and grab an iced caramel macchiato which helped keep me going during a very stressful and busy time. Parking is a little tight but other than that, I really appreciated the service and the convenient location.

I come here in the evenings weekly and normally it’s fine but today not only was my drink extra extra extra hot (ordered normal temp) but also was not fully filled up. There was also something hard and grainy in the drink. The baristas are normally nice and my drinks also fine, so I’m not sure what happened today but I think I’ll stay clear for now.

Nessa and the other employees are always so nice and friendly. However Nessa always goes above and beyond. I am a former Starbucks barista myself and she truly embodies the Starbucks experience. Sometimes, if I am not even in the mood for a coffee, I will still go there just to see her smile and friendly face. By far, my favorite Starbucks store to go to ever.

They aren't careful with ingredients on the sticker. I can't have dairy because of a child I'm nursing and when I ask for the non dairy cold foam, I get regular cold foam every single time. It's so frustrating. I rarely come here but when I do, I wish they'd just follow what's on the sticker. The drinks also don't taste correct. Starbucks is good, but every single store tastes different and it makes no sense. Y'all gotta train better across the board.

Came in with intentions of working and having a trap. I ordered my drink at 10:06 and went to my laptop to work. At 10:26 I checked in with the staff, because I hadn’t gotten my drink. I was told it may have been handed out, and that it would be remade. I had to wait another 20 minutes before getting my drink finally at 10:46. I received No accommodation for my lengthy wait, definitely does not feel good seeing other people come and go after you while your still waiting. I paid 8 dollars for a DRINK, so I definitely expected better service

Starbucks is a great experience. Order in store is great, their system is smooth like butter. The lines are never long and they are really efficient. Drive through window is great too, they are quick to make the orders and get them out. I love the mobile ordering too which allows for quick ordering and no wait. Their drinks are great, the service is warm and friendly, and the ambiance is chill and pleasant.

Shout out to Shaquela (hope I spelled it right) for having such a sweet demeanor. Being in a service industry is not easy these days but your sweet smile and energy was greatly appreciated. And she looked adorable in her pink. Love the message you wrote on my drink. It's the little things we do that can make a huge difference

Poor costumer service told me I couldn’t place an order because by me having a cold it would effect others highly disappointed & manger was very rude . Doors were locked and overall experience was not good . NEEDS NEW staff immediately & new management .

I just waited at the drive through window for
approximately 7 minutes for egg white bites. I spent a total of approximately 20 minutes in the drive through line which is absurd. To top it off, the employee at the window didn’t greet me or apologize for my wait. Customer service and efficiency training is clearly needed for this location.

I’m really disappointed with the lack of customer service at this Starbucks drive-thru. It seems like they’re more focused on volume and value rather than the customer experience. This morning in the drive-thru, I asked for extra syrup in my drink and was told by the barista that they aren’t allowed to add it. I didn’t care how much it cost—I’m the customer, and I just wanted the drink the way I like it. I went to a different Starbucks right after, and they had no issue adding the extra syrup. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience at this location. Every visit here is frustrating. I’ll be avoiding this spot from now on.
