When my mom was in the hospital down the street from here, I'd come and grab an iced caramel macchiato which helped keep me going during a very stressful and busy time. Parking is a little tight but other than that, I really appreciated the service and the convenient location.
Nessa and the other employees are always so nice and friendly. However Nessa always goes above and beyond. I am a former Starbucks barista myself and she truly embodies the Starbucks experience. Sometimes, if I am not even in the mood for a coffee, I will still go there just to see her smile and friendly face. By far, my favorite Starbucks store to go to ever.
They aren't careful with ingredients on the sticker. I can't have dairy because of a child I'm nursing and when I ask for the non dairy cold foam, I get regular cold foam every single time. It's so frustrating. I rarely come here but when I do, I wish they'd just follow what's on the sticker. The drinks also don't taste correct. Starbucks is good, but every single store tastes different and it makes no sense. Y'all gotta train better across...
