I went to this location today. The customer service was wonderful. My daughter's matcha and my matcha were made perfectly by the young man working. At this point I am fighting going back again for another round. I usually write reviews to criticize, but it's important to give positive reviews even for the franchises that are frequented often. I usually hate Starbucks because of how bad the service is, but all of the drive thru employees at this location have been super friendly, get the order correct, and even offer pup cups for my dogs when I have them with me! It's refreshing to get good customer service consistently at a business!

I ordered 2 items, neither one of those items were completed correctly. I would like to talk to someone and get a refund because I spent $9 on this. For the coffee, I ordered with salted carmel cold foam and 2 pumps of carmel. Neither are in there, as you can see in the picture (no salted cold foam). He hands it to me and says have a good day. He totally forgets my water so I ask him for it. And then he hands me water with ice. I asked over the speaker and it literally says on it no ice. Like that’s how basic it gets and still done incorrectly. That’s actually ridiculous. If you didn’t hear me on the speaker that’s one thing but when it says it right on the correct: it’s laziness and not giving a shit.

I’m only reviewing because of the young AA male who took my order this morning. He was poised, didn’t rush and actually had genuinely nice disposition unlike the other fake forced smiles and high pitched insincere voices I normally encounter. Kudos to you young man. Keep up the good work and continue having a positive attitude throughout your life, it will take you far.

First time visiting, and you just gained a regular! The customer service was outstanding. I ordered through the drive through and was really nervous at first but the mood instantly lightened once I was greeted. I’ve never heard someone that young speak with so much passion and care, let alone at work!! It felt like he, as well as the other workers cared deeply about my order rather than just making it and handing it to me. It was a young man named Marreon. We indulged in an entire conversation up until my order was ready. 10/10 Service and I would definitely recommend coming here. Only complaint is my drink didn’t taste sweet enough but I found out they no longer put sugar in their matcha so I’ll get it again but sweetened!!

My Starbucks is lame compared to yours in Brownsburg! Nobody made a big deal over my birthday, my free drink was sub-par, it tasted like hazelnut So I asked for a remake and they were a bit snarky! What a happy birthday! As I shared that sometimes when the chai is at the bottom of their dispenser it doesn’t taste right then the barista lifted off the lid and poured the end of it in my venti tea. 🙃
