I ordered 2 items, neither one of those items were completed correctly. I would like to talk to someone and get a refund because I spent $9 on this. For the coffee, I ordered with salted carmel cold foam and 2 pumps of carmel. Neither are in there, as you can see in the picture (no salted cold foam). He hands it to me and says have a good day. He totally forgets my water so I ask him for it. And then he hands me water with ice. I asked over the speaker and it literally says on it no ice. Like that’s how basic it gets and still done incorrectly. That’s actually ridiculous. If you didn’t hear me on the speaker that’s one thing but when it says it right on the correct: it’s laziness and not giving a shit.

I’m only reviewing because of the young AA male who took my order this morning. He was poised, didn’t rush and actually had genuinely nice disposition unlike the other fake forced smiles and high pitched insincere voices I normally encounter. Kudos to you young man. Keep up the good work and continue having a positive attitude throughout your life, it will take you far.

Wow best experience ever, I became a loyal customer since 2014 and today I had the best experience from this location, all staff member are super friendly and kind, always with a smile 😊 , it just not coffee, it’s comfort and warmth from everyone here at Starbucks, where you feel like home
First time visiting, and you just gained a regular! The customer service was outstanding. I ordered through the drive through and was really nervous at first but the mood instantly lightened once I was greeted. I’ve never heard someone that young speak with so much passion and care, let alone at work!! It felt like he, as well as the other workers cared deeply about my order rather than just making it and handing it to me. It was a young man named Marreon. We indulged in an entire conversation up until my order was ready. 10/10 Service and I would definitely recommend coming here. Only complaint is my drink didn’t taste sweet enough but I found out they no longer put sugar in their matcha so I’ll get it again but sweetened!!

My Starbucks is lame compared to yours in Brownsburg! Nobody made a big deal over my birthday, my free drink was sub-par, it tasted like hazelnut So I asked for a remake and they were a bit snarky! What a happy birthday! As I shared that sometimes when the chai is at the bottom of their dispenser it doesn’t taste right then the barista lifted off the lid and poured the end of it in my venti tea. 🙃
Shout out to Ejibrl. His service was great, very kind at the register. Took his time to find out how much a certain product would cost so I could purchase a gift card. Very much appreciated on this Thanksgiving day!
I’m a big fan of this location, from the excellent service to the quality coffee—they’ve really created a great atmosphere. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms doesn’t match the high standards set by the rest of the place. They’re in serious need of attention and honestly don’t reflect the otherwise amazing experience. I hope this can be improved because everything else is top-notch.

I got a pink drink. The girl at the window was really helpful. They were really fast and they knew my answers about my caffeine questions which really helped me out. She knew it off the top of her head and she didn’t have to look it up or anything.

I live really close by. The staff is very polite and accurate. Very personable my drinks are always good and strong. I am always thanked and told to have a great day. I use the mobile app as well and I never have a problem. Great customer service is hard to find in today’s world but at this location they go above and beyond to provide it. They deserve the recognition keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen
