I went to this location today. The customer service was wonderful. My daughter's matcha and my matcha were made perfectly by the young man working. At this point I am fighting going back again for another round. I usually write reviews to criticize, but it's important to give positive reviews even for the franchises that are frequented often. Happy New Years!!!
I usually hate Starbucks because of how bad the service is, but all of the drive thru employees at this location have been super friendly, get the order correct, and even offer pup cups for my dogs when I have them with me! It's refreshing to get good customer service consistently at a business!
I’m only reviewing because of the young AA male who took my order this morning. He was poised, didn’t rush and actually had genuinely nice disposition unlike the other fake forced smiles and high pitched insincere voices I normally encounter. Kudos to you young man. Keep up the good work and continue having a positive attitude throughout your life, it will take you far.
