This is the best Starbucks location I’ve ever visited. The entire staff is incredibly kind and friendly and customer service is on a level you rarely encounter nowadays. Special shout out to Brody who offered me a cup of whipped cream the other day for my toddler when he realized we were having a rough day!

Everyone is always so nice here. The barista Vic was particularly nice and had such a welcoming smile. Struck up conversation about my Maui t-shirt.

When you order online im sure it all come in on the same ticket. That being said why is it that when you see two drinks with the same name on it you cant out two and two together and realize that the sandwich is for the same orders. First the make 2 drinks 4 minutes apart so one drink looks fresh while the other looks likes its been sitting which it has . Then i ask about my sandwich and it was just sitting behind the bar. No awareness in the slightest and it wasn't even busy. I dont know is its just the kids these days or if these kids have no clue whats going on around them but maybe at least hire staff that can read a ticket.

Tiffany at the 71st & Binford location is THE BEST!! She had my order waiting for me as soon as I arrived at the drive thru window. She and all the Baristas at this location are always so friendly and always have my order ready when I arrive! Of course, it helps that I always use my SB app to place my order ahead of time!

Tiffany was trying to over charge for my drink for some reason i asked for something specific but she wants to charge for it her way i do not recommend this location period

Latte is never good and now they changed the matacha not good
