Let’s start by stating what was ok about the visit - store was clean attitudes were good But there’s mores My gingerbread chai tasted awful the barista behind the counter kept smelling the oatmilk, weird to I don’t think that’s very sanitary either. There was no foam or ginger on top it was like my drink order wasn’t even heard at first. I asked for a remake but it seemed like it was an inconvenience for the barista in general. The remake did taste extremely better and was the drink i ordered at first. Thank you for making it right !

The Starbucks was very clean and efficient. The bathrooms also were well-maintained. I ordered a chai tea latte to get me through the afternoon and it tasted wonderful. They also had 50% off a lot of holiday drinkware. I bought a few pieces and a very excited.

On Sat Nov 2 around 8AM, the barista shoved a hot Carmel macchiato I ordered into my hand. The entire cup spilled on my lap and car. Needless to say, that stung a little. But what’s more, the barista didn’t even notice because they turned around and walked away so quickly. I had to wave them down to ask for napkins. When they came back to the window I told them what had happened, but they gave no apology or concern for the matter. So I thought maybe this was my fault. So I asked for some napkins and another drink which I said I would gladly pay for. Their response to me was snarky and rude, but they did give me napkins and made another drink for free (thank you). After wiping down most of what I could get too, I put all the napkins back into the cup and asked if the barista could throw it away for me. Their response was again rude and they quickly snapped back that they can’t take back old drinks. There was no drink left in the cup, just dirty napkins… I was on my way to an appointment on the north side of town so I had to go home and change which cost me getting to my appointment on time. For days my car not only smelled but I kept thinking it was my fault. But for as much coffee I get from Starbucks, this has never happened before.

Stopped by on our way before heading to church for a Sunday morning pick me up. Extremely disappointed when my husband and I took a sip out of our hot Carmel macchiato and hot Gingerbread latte. Mine tasted like hot water with gingerbread flavoring. My husband said “ Wow I don’t like to complain but we paid how much for this? I’d rather get coffee at the gas station”. Extremely disappointing. I’ve ran into this numerous times with this location. Least to say we will not return.

There was a piece of glass or really sharp plastic in my Carmel ribbon crunch that cut my mouth I will definitely not be ordering from them again

horrendous customer service. this morning, i was greeted at the drive through window with “if you can hear me, you can order!” what a ridiculous way to “greet” a customer who has no way of knowing when you’re going to ask for their order. the customer should never have to greet you first at YOUR establishment. disappointing, to say the least.
