In my opinion this is the best location on the southside. Staff always friendly and orders are always correct. Drive thru moves quickly

This Starbucks & Emerson/County Line have zero customer service skills.

Shawn spilt an entire drink on my hand. No apology, no offer to fix it, no offer for napkins - nothing. Manager (Tamara) called me “Dude” on the phone multiple times. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t offer to fix it.

I have blisters on my hand, from where Shawn spilt it on me. Shawn proceeded to tell Tamara it was my fault, and they said “Nothing we can do.”

Awful experience. Hopefully, management turns itself around.

Great place to chill, get caffeinated and get some work done. Still concerned about using public WiFi for certain places, so…. I tend to use a VPN to finish up. Maybe I’m right, or wrong just exercising caution.

Camby’s Starbucks is great! It can get busy, as is to be expected, but I feel that I never have to wait terribly long for my items, even during a really busy time of the day. I would definitely recommend this location!

My car broke down in the drive thru, not only did they push my car into a parking spot but they also gave me my coffee free of charge and stopped me from crying. Thanks again! 😘

I pick up here daily and let me just tell you Kris is absolutely amazing. Some of the other girls definitely lack speediness and friendliness, but he definitely makes up for it.

My son and I have a long-standing Sunday tradition of going to Starbucks during our grocery run. It’s something we both enjoy and have been doing for over two years. I usually order a kids’ steamed apple juice and customize it to be warm instead of hot — and every other store we’ve visited has always understood exactly what that means.

This week, I decided to branch out and try something new for myself — a grande white mocha with chocolate cold foam and chocolate malt powder. The apple juice was our usual order. Unfortunately, the whole visit left me reconsidering why I came back in the first place.

Before my son was born, I boycotted Starbucks for three years. I only came back because this tradition with him felt special. But now I’m seriously thinking about walking away again.

First, I was charged an extra $0.50 for chocolate malt powder — even though they were out of it. No one told me it wasn’t available, and no one offered a refund. When I asked, the manager told me I’d have to do it through the app, even though I know the store can handle refunds directly.

Second, the apple juice came out steaming hot — even though it was marked as a kids’ drink and customized to be warm. When I politely asked for some ice so my toddler could drink it, the barista responded with a passive-aggressive remark about “there being a toddler option or something” in the app. That’s not helpful — it’s condescending. I know how to place an order. Her job is to make it correctly, not comment on it.

We still love our Sunday outings — but if this is the tone and treatment I can expect, there are plenty of other places I can take my son for a treat. A little care and customer service would’ve made all the difference.

The lady at the window , young Asian, didn’t speak even after I said good morning , I said thank you no response! Acted like she didn’t even want to look at me. My drink wasn’t as strong as normal and I get the same thing every time different syrup at times. When I got to the drive thru and told her pick up ( which was drive thru pick up) she said said did you just place it , I placed it at 6:18, it was 6:22 am I said it may not be ready yet. Her response just pull around we’ll have it out. Customer service goes a long way and rudeness is unnecessary! I order literally daily from one of the franchises

The store has improved quite a bit! The new seating inside is quite comfortable. The baristas are friendly and accommodating. Good crew.

Please dont add too much ice! We come to your store get coffee, not to buy ice.
