There was a piece of glass or really sharp plastic in my Carmel ribbon crunch that cut my mouth I will definitely not be ordering from them again

horrendous customer service. this morning, i was greeted at the drive through window with “if you can hear me, you can order!” what a ridiculous way to “greet” a customer who has no way of knowing when you’re going to ask for their order. the customer should never have to greet you first at YOUR establishment. disappointing, to say the least.

I make the extra drive to come to this location because of the awesome people that work there!! Every time I visit, I leave with the fattest smile on my face. These are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Coffee is always made just right. Definitely becoming a regular customer!

I dont think they made my apple macchiato right, and the cashier never asked for my name so I stood there waiting for a long time not knowing my drink had been made. My chocolate croissant was also cold and not warm. No one greeted me when I walked in. I do not recommend this location.

Worst experience ever at a Starbucks. Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru behind only 4 cars. No greeting, no smile, no welcome or thank you from employee at window. I look inside and every employee has a scowl on his or her face. This place needs help.

Quick drive thru service but as I got back onto I65 and went to take the first sip of my iced coffee, I learned the hard way that my lid was not secured on, and half my drink ended up all over me and in my seat, where I sat in cold coffee till I could pull off another exit and clean it all up. Please pay more attention to your prep there, kids.

Today’s visit was poor my coffee got forgotten and after 15 minutes when we brought it to the attention of a server that is when we could get their attention. After I got on the road the coffee wasn’t drinkable. There were plenty of people working. The employees were not friendly no smiles several people stood there waiting along with us. This is a big deal because this is the 3rd Starbucks in the area that this type of service has been experienced in the last 60 days. This was my last visit to Starbucks. The brand has lost site of customer service and the product it self is going downhill fast. This is to bad because I have been a fan of Starbucks for years. The company needs to look at they brand, training, up keep and cleanliness. This is good bye to Starbucks and hello to the other coffee shops and brands that are out there;

I order from this location consistently because it is the closest to my house. I regularly have to ask for my drink to be remade. I wouldn't leave without trying your beverages first.
