I was in line for about 15 minutes when I got to the window I think they had my Frappuccino sitting there the whole time it was melted the whipped cream was half way down and didn't taste like strawberry at all and I just started going to Starbucks a month ago but definitely won't go back to this location if I go back at all

The ladies working there were so very helpful with information given with big smiles even when they were busy they made scrupulously tasting Fraps that we order we didn't have to wait long either kudos to these beautiful ladies whom are so nice also do a great job at Starbucks for their customers ?!
