Worst Starbucks. Can't wait untill we get a Dunkin or another Starbucks closer in the neighborhood. Customer service sucks , workers always have an attitude and are slow. In person orders seem to take priority over mobile orders even if you ordered before someone else.

Literally the worst Starbucks, don’t even waste your time. For starters they don’t ever have anything. Cold brew, refreshers, nothing. Every time we go they never have inventory. Idk why the place is open if they can’t even provide the service for the business. Secondly the employees will have their back turned to customers for an extended time which seems purposeful the amount of times I shop at Kroger just to in fact tell you they don’t have anything to sell you. Lastly most employees look like they don’t enjoy their job. The only guy that seems to work there is extremely rude. He walks up and just stares at you. Doesn’t greet you just stares and waits for you to say your order which is extremely awkward. 0/10

This Starbucks is located in the Southport & Bluff store. One girl was washing dishes w her back turned to the counter and the other was too busy talking on the phone. She eventually waited on me only to tell me they don't carry raspberry syrup anymore. When I asked if she could use strawberry instead she was stumped bc it's a puree. The dishwasher finally told her she could, but she was obviously afraid of using enough to matter. I had to interrupt the girl, as she had immediately gone back to her phonecall, to ask for sugar bc the counter where it's kept ( nothing else not even stir sticks) was hidden on a side counter behind a ft wide post; and in front of it the aisle had 2 mover carts full of boxes. I managed to squeeze an arm thru. Terrible!I only treat myself to Starbucks on rare occasions, and w the $ even higher & that bad experience, I won't be doing anything it again!

The 2 young ladies working today around noon was terrible asked for sugar and prices to tell me it was out with a horrible attitude let them know there wasn’t any tossed 3 packets at me and then let them know 3 time I needed more said they was out told em I wanted refund proceeded to ignore me and once I got little bit louder threw 3 more packets at me very unacceptable
